Case Filing

AgileCourt® provides streamlined case filing, with the ability to accept cases electronically or through manual entry. The configurable case entry screen allows you to choose data fields and where they will appear on the screen. Rules that automatically generate case identifiers, a case caption, case milestones, accounting receivables, case status, case security level, and others minimize manual entry of data.

Scheduling

The AgileCourt® intuitive calendar interface provides features that make managing schedules easy. When hearings are scheduled either in a block of hearings or as a stand-alone hearing, such as a trial, conflict checking is done to ensure there are no conflicts with locations and resources. Configuration options are provided to allow automatic generation of hearing notices.

Powerful document processing features simplify production and management of documents. Documents can be generated from anywhere in the application and can also be configured for automatic generation. To further streamline processing when documents are generated they are automatically associated to the case without any user intervention.

Adjudication

Flexible and efficient adjudication processing is an integral part of the AgileCourt design. From quick and easy violation disposition through configurable entry for judgments, sentences and processing orders, AgileCourt® offers efficient adjudication processing. Specially designed user interfaces make court room processing a breeze.

Payment

The AgileCourt® robust accounting module includes flexible and quick payment options. All types of fees, including bonds, can be quickly paid upon from a central user interface. Processing including the ability to dispose of violations and receipt payment for traffic tickets in a single transaction. Payments can be processed from holding accounts; payment plan options are also available.

Post Adjudication

Case tracking goes on beyond adjudication with tracking of probation conditions, programs/services, community service, and drug testing. These features allow tracking assignment and compliance with the post adjudication conditions.
