Strawberries ‘N Crème PieIngredients:•Bavarian Cream Filling #20317502•DC Vanilla Pre-Whipped Topping•Strawberry Glaze #11870020•Yellow Cake Crumbs #18232950•8” Shallow Pie Shell #31408500•Fresh Strawberries

Instructions:1. Fill a baked pie shell with 16 ounces of Bavarian

Cream.2. Layer a16 ounce mixture of fresh strawberries

and Strawberry Glaze into the pie shell.3. Using a large star tip and Vanilla Whipped Icing

pipe a shell border around the pie shell.4. Apply Yellow Cake crumbs around the perimeter

of the pie.

8” SL Strawberry Swirl Cake

Ingredients:•8” Strawberry Cake Layer #18231550•Strawberry Light ‘N Fluffy #10655124•Strawberry Redi-Pak Filling #11869024

Instructions:1. Base ice an 8” Strawberry Cake Layer with

Strawberry Light ‘N Fluffy using an EZ Ice tip.2. Comb the sides and smooth the top of the cake.3. Apply toasted Strawberry Cake crumbs around the

base of the cake.4. Using a cupcake tip pipe 8 rosettes around the cake

and one in the center.5. Pipe 8 dollops Strawberry Redi-Pak Filling between

each of rosettes.6. Apply Strawberry Cake crumbs to the center

rosette.

Ingredients:•8” Strawberry Cake Layer #18231550•Strawberry Whipped Icing #10303213•Strawberry Glaze #11870020•Fresh Strawberries

Instructions:1. Base ice an 8” Strawberry Cake Layer with

Strawberry Whipped Icing using an EZ Ice tip.2. Comb the sides and smooth the top of the

cake.3. Apply toasted Strawberry Cake crumbs

around the base of the Cake.4. Apply a mixture of Strawberry Glaze and

fresh strawberries to the center of the cake.5. Pipe a shell border around the cake using a

#22 tip and Strawberry Whipped Icing.

Instructions:1. Base ice an 8” Chocolate Cake Layer with

Chocolate Whipped Topping using an EZ Ice tip.2. Comb the sides and smooth the top of the cake.3. Apply toasted Chocolate Cake crumbs around the

base of the Cake.4. Apply a mixture of Strawberry Glaze and fresh

strawberries to the center of the cake.5. Pipe a shell border around the cake using a #22

Instructions:1. Base ice an 8” Yellow Cake Layer with Vanilla

Whipped Topping using an EZ Ice tip.2. Comb the sides and smooth the top of the cake.3. Apply toasted Yellow Cake crumbs around the

base of the cake.4. Apply a mixture of Strawberry Glaze and fresh

strawberries to the center of the cake.5. Pipe a shell border around the cake using a #22

tip and Vanilla Whipped Topping.

2-ct Strawberry Cake Squares

Ingredients:•Half Sheet Strawberry Cake Layer #18231570•Strawberry Light ‘N Fluffy #10655124•Red Deco Icing # 10161614•Green Deco Icing #10160814•Black Deco Icing #10160214

Instructions:1. Cut a Strawberry Half Sheet Cake 6x4 into 24

equal sections2. Using a #22 star tip ice the tops of the cake squares

in a zigzag pattern.3. Using Red Deco Icing and a #10 tip pipe a

strawberry on the center of each cake square.4. Finish the strawberries using #4 tips to pipe green

stems and black seeds.

Strawberry Capped Cupcakes

Ingredients:•1.25oz Strawberry Cupcakes #18231200•DC Strawberry Pre-Whipped Topping #10303213•Donut Sugar

Instructions:1. Cut the tops off of each Cupcake.2. Using a Cupcake tip an Strawberry Whipped

icing swirl the centers of the cupcakes.3. Replace the tops of the cupcakes.4. Pipe a small rosette on top of each

cupcake.5. Dust the tops of the cupcakes with Donut

Sugar

Instructions1. Place a Strawberry Cake Layer on a round board.2. Spread 4 ounces of Strawberry Redi-Pak Filling

between the layers.3. Place a second cake layer on top, then base ice the

cake with Strawberry Whipped Topping.4. Apply Strawberry Cake crumbs to the base of the

cake.5. Using a large star tip and a pastry bag filled with half

Vanilla half Strawberry Whipped Topping pipe 8 rosettes on the cake.

6. Dip 3 capped strawberries in Strawberry Glaze and place in the center of the cake.

Instructions1. Cut a Strawberry Half Sheet Cake into 12 equal portions.2. Split each portion into two and place a cake portion on an 1/8

sheet board3. Spread 2 ounces of Strawberry Redi-Pak Filling onto the cake.4. Apply a second portion of cake on top and repeat step #3.5. Place a third cake portion on top, then base ice the cake with

Strawberry Whipped Topping.6. Apply Strawberry Cake crumbs to the base of the cake.7. Using a large star tip and a pastry bag filled with half Vanilla &

half Strawberry Whipped Topping pipe 8 rosettes on the cake.8. Dip 3 capped strawberries in Strawberry Glaze then place them

in a row down the center of the cake.

Strawberry Parfait

Ingredients:•8” Yellow Cake Layer #18232950•DC Vanilla Pre-Whipped Icing #10303213•Strawberry Redi-Pak Filling #11869024

Instructions:1. Cut an 8” Yellow Cake layer into 36 cubes 6X62. Place 4 of the 36 cake cubes into the bottom of

a parfait cup.3. Pipe a1oz layer of Strawberry Redi-Pak Filling

on top of the cake cubes4. Pipe a ½ ounce layer of Vanilla Whipped icing

into the container.5. Place 6 of the remaining 32 cake cubes into the

container.6. Pipe 2oz of Redi-Pak Strawberry Filling on the

cake cubes.7. Using a large star tip swirl a 1oz rosette on top

of the parfait.

Strawberry TrifleIngredients:•8” Yellow Cake Layer #18232950•Strawberry Whipped Icing #10303213•Strawberry Glaze #11870020•Fresh Strawberries

Instructions:1. Crumble one half of a Yellow Cake Layer and place it

in the bottom of a cookie tub.2. Combine fresh sliced strawberries with Strawberry

Glaze then layer 8 ounces of the mixture into the tub.3. Pipe a layer of Strawberry Whipped Topping on the

berry mixture.4. Crumble the remains of the Yellow Cake Layer and

layer them n the tub.5. Layer 8 additional ounces of the berry mixture into the

tub.6. Using a large star tip and Strawberry Whipped Topping

pipe a rosette and place a fresh strawberry on top.
