Your crop gutter system made to measureMetazet/FormFlex supplies a complete range of gutters for different

crops. In close cooperation with you, we can supply the perfect gutter for

your crop. Each gutter is available in different sizes, which means that we

can fully adapt them to your requirements. Below is a description of four

gutters which are used for strawberry cultivation throughout the world:

KG crop gutterThe KG gutter has proved for many years that it is the

ideal gutter for strawberry cultivation. Partly because of

its flexibility in height and width, the gutter can be used

in combination with any growing medium. Its high drainage capacity

contributes to the trouble free use of the system, allowing you to fully

concentrate on your crop.

SKG crop gutterEven though it was introduced less than a year ago, the

SKG gutter has already fully earned its credentials. It was

developed to give optimum support to the latest generation

of cultivation trays. These trays and pots are getting narrower and higher,

which requires an adapted gutter. The SKG gutter provides a solid, stable

surface on which the tray can be placed. Its straight walls contribute to the

excellent lateral support the system offers. The gutter can cope with spans

of up to 5 metres, without requiring thicker steel or additional suspension

points. It has a variable width, and is available in two different heights.

MK and MKH crop guttersThe MK and MKH gutter provide the perfect solution for

outdoor cultivation on racks. The optimum basis for different

growing media, a water channel with a very high drainage

capacity and their versatile applicability contribute to this. The MK gutter

is suitable for a wide variety of cultivation methods, such as containers,

trays and bags. The same applies to the MKH gutter, which can also be

used in combination with loose substrate.

Tube rail system Metazet offers a long girder system with long, compacted threads

along the full width of the cover to ensure optimum stability, safety

and durability. When you clip our KLEM tube rail brackets between the

long girders, this will give you a perfectly spaced tube rail system which

guarantees optimum stability. Because of the great variety in crop systems,

Metazet/FormFlex supplies its long girders with brackets for all standard

crop gutters.

Tube rail bracketsBecause the heating tube is fitted deeply in the bracket, it is given

optimum lateral support. It is not fixed with a tube rail strip, which means

that expansion and shrinking due to heating of the tube is not curtailed.

As a result, the tube rail lies in a straight line, which increases the safety

of the tube rail system at your company. Another advantage of not using

tube rail strips is the even transport along the tube. This will improve the

life span of your transport system.

Tailor-made systemsWe manufacture tube rail brackets for greenhouse tubes with a diameter

of 38, 42, 45, 48, 51, 57 and 60 mm. You can decide which centre-to-centre

distances, bottom sheet length and tube rail tube height you require. If you

prefer, you can also choose fully closed tubes. In addition, we can supply

versions with strips, parker fittings or welding. For the long girders, you

can choose from different threads, which are compacted in our factory.

Crop supportMetazet/FormFlex produces a range of specialist cultivation products.

These include, for instance, turning brackets, (tack) stem brackets and

wire lowering hooks. These support materials will increase production, as

less damage to the produce occurs, while it also considerably improves

the picking performance, as it is much easier to reach the fruit.

Suspension and supportMetazet/FormFlex offers you a comprehensive and extensive range of

suspension and support materials. These include, for instance, gutter

brackets, fitting materials, stretching pieces, drip hose hooks and wall

building materials. After you have been given expert advice by our

experienced sales staff, we will manufacture the products you require.

Whether you choose supported or suspended gutters, all the support

and suspension materials we offer are designed in our own factory on the

basis of the required strength, after which they are manufactured. This

means we can supply any models and dimensions you need.

Internal transportMetazet/FormFlex supplies various internal means of transport and

transport systems for strawberry cultivation. Our harvesting trolleys can

be made entirely according to your wishes and requirements, so that they

will suit your company perfectly. We also have electric trucks, such as the

M-Trike, which you can use to transport full trolleys to the hall quickly and

easily. This small but very strong machine is available in different versions

and with various options. Metazet/FormFlex also supplies complete

logistic systems. Examples of this are the chain track and the suspended

chain track. Our package of logistic solutions also includes the induction-

powered M-Track system.

we will manufacture the products you require. Our offices, located

throughout the world, have the big advantage that our sales staff will

always be familiar with the local and/or specific circumstances you are

dealing with. As we manufacture our products in our own factory, those
