Frequently Asked Questions MembershipHow Orders Are FilledOrder by July 8 for best seating. Orders with the most concerts will be filled and seated first in the order received. Members get priority followed by renewing subscribers; we will attempt but cannot guarantee that returning subscribers get the same seats. Seats may vary from one concert to another.

Subscription tickets will be mailed beginning in August, no later than two weeks prior to the date of your first performance.

Subscriber Returns and ExchangesSubscribers may exchange their subscription tickets for another performance presented by Strathmore with no exchange fee. To exchange, return your tickets by mail or in person by 5pm the day of the performance for evening performances and by 5pm the previous business day for matinee performances.
