3) Increase more cooperation with other divisions of ASI SpADeal with ASI Divisions Budget for each market’s segments.

Finantial crisis stopped all the developments.Global cement consumtion increases to 2.87 Bn tonnes up 3.4% year-on-year. Cina is leader in consumpion (53%) and growth (10,5%). India's growth: 9% in 2008. Vietnam's growth 39% in 2008, then stopped for crisis.
