An Example Application
Situation: Tracking data shows that the student support program that you are managing has had a rapid increase in the number of students that are being served. As you look at your next year’s departmental unit plan, you identify an adjacent area that needs to have a minor remodeling project done, some new office furniture installed and one additional classified staff member to meet the growing student needs.
Q: How do you go about obtaining the resources that you’ve identified??
