The #1 conference for L&D leaders is pleased to present our brand new event delivering crucial discussions in an electrifying atmosphere. This year, we are excited to be celebrating 18 years of L&D Transformation, in our 4th year as Corporate Learning Week and formerly 14 years as Corporate University Week.

In a time when organizations need to change faster, increased demand for just-in-time, continuous, social, mobile, micro, collaborative and neuro-based approaches to delivering talent development programs has followed.

L&D leaders are increasingly wearing many hats as they not only deliver world class learning, at the speed of today’s business to a digitally savvy and collaboration obsessed workforce, but also finding new ways to improve their value as strategic innovators, trusted advisors and talent decision makers.

Corporate Learning Week 2016 is designed for L&D leaders who are:

• Taking charge of the end-to-end talent operations in their organizations

• Becoming content curators for their learning ecosystems

• Rethinking learning measurement across the board to improve the impact of L&D

• Looking for ways to continuous reinforce leadership development programs

• Redesigning training programs to be more interactive to keep up with new devices

• Breaking content into bite size pieces and deliver with higher production value

• Paying more attention to the science of learning including neuroscience focused program design

• Working with HR more closely to provide unified view of employee development

• Implementing platforms that incorporate social learning or user generated content

• Revisiting onboarding and performance management processes to become more developmental

WE LIVE IN AN AGE WHERE SPEED IS KING.
