Strategic Compliance Group – Profile & Mission

Our Core Values

Strategic Compliance Group (SCG) began operations in 2018, with the mission of helping our clients navigate the complexities of cannabis compliance. SCG has partnered with several cultivators and industry experts, learning, supporting and collaborating on innovative ways to manage growth and compliance in the ever-changing cannabis landscape. Working with cultivators in California, SCG has supported clients with several services, from regulatory compliance to process and commercial optimization.

SCG places a heavy emphasis on the needs of our customers, understanding their challenges, and developing collaborative and creative compliance and consulting solutions. With people at our center, we partner with clients, seeking to listen more than tell, move with intent over ease, and value relationships over revenue. Together with our clients, we hope to not only navigate, but define the future of the cannabis industry.

Our core values represent what we believe to be most important in how we interact with our customers. These values are present in every interaction within our company and with our clients.

Our Service Model SCG takes a comprehensive approach in evaluating how best to support our clients. Knowing that operations are largely integrated, our methodology seeks to determine the origination of operational and compliance challenges, valuing transparency and understanding over expediency.
