Year 1 Award Payout Process


Translate compensation models from paper to BFK•Award Identify data collection strategy

Identify data sources (e.g. ODE, districts, etc.) Deliver data templates Update system for some data capture

Configure BFK•Award online solution Update list of buildings, principals and teachers

Receive data via secure FTP, verify and load to BFK•Award

Build Solution and Collect Data


Define inquiry and support process Two-part inquiry process during both review periods

1. Internal support to handle discrepancies filed and critical to be addressed based on local knowledge Teachers provide feedback/raise questions to principals Principals can submit inquiries to TIF Coordinators TIF Coordinators can process overrides
