With limited alternative full-service health clubs in the immediate trade area and the superior location of the Shoppes at Page Pointe, LA Fitness is strategically positioned to yield excellent membership numbers given the strong local demographics. Although there are other fitness facilities located along Route 24, none offer the expansive features and amenities of LA Fitness which include state-of-the-art equipment, a pool, sauna, spa, daycare, basketball and racquetball courts, and juice bar. The only facility in the immediate area that offers comparable amenities is 24/7 Family Fitness, which is positioned in a far less desirable location minimizing the club’s membership base from a geographical perspective.
Located 20 minutes south of Boston, Stoughton, Massachusetts is part of
the Route 128 South retail submarket. This submarket consists of prestigious
residential communities, contributing to the area’s healthy shopping center
