Employees were loading the scaffolding material in the boom truck. Job was being carried out as per procedure and all the required precautions were take,

a) Work permit was taken ( Cold work permit and vehicle entry permit ) b) Outriggers of the boom truck were well positioned and ground condition was checked by the boom truck driver before

positioning the outriggers C) Scaffold material was fastened with the belts before transporting. Appreciated employees Safety Attitude and compliance to the work procedures.
