Introduction

Do you wake up every day and see a Rakesh Jhunjhunwala in the mirror? Do you think thatyou can give better stock tips than your neighborhood broker? Then stop daydreaming and

get to action!! Put your words into actions and pit your wits against some of the best

B-School minds in the country to make a fortune in virtual money and a tidy sum in real

money. Get ready for the battle of the stock gladiators.

Event Format

Round 1 (Elimination)

Participants have to register on the Prayaag Website. Every participant shall be provided with a virtual cash of INR 20,00,000. Trading shall be open during live market hours from 9:15 AM to 3:30 PM starting

from 11 February, 2013 to 15 February, 2013 onwww.moneypot.in

Trading is limited to equities. Short selling of stock is allowed with 100% Cash margin. Top 8 investors (Cash in Hand + Closing Portfolio Value on 15 February, 2013) will

qualify for campus round to be held at JBIMS, Mumbai on 22-24 February 2013.Round 2 (Final Round)

This round is a fresh round and no weight-age will be given to round 1 results. Top 8 investors will have to choose any one stock from his/her portfolio and carry

out in-depth analysis to give buy/sell recommendation on that stock.

Participants will consolidate results in presentation of approx. 10-15 slides. Participants will get 10-12 minutes for presentation followed by Q&A by the judges.

Participants will be evaluated based on various parameters such as decision criteriaused for recommendation, facts and data used, risks, valuations etc. In all, provide as

many points as you can to support your recommendation

Rules and Regulations

The event is open to students from all B-Schools. Only One Participant per team. Participants need to register on the Prayaag Website. Round 1 is an online virtual equity trading elimination round. The finalists would be invited on JBIMS campus to present their detailed analysis on

any one stock from his/her portfolio with the aid of a Power Point presentation in

front of a panel of esteemed judges. The presentation would be followed by

questions from the judges on which the participants will be evaluated. Details of the

Round 2 will be communicated after the Round 1 results.

Participants are requested to like theFacebook pageof Prayaag and Stock Stars andjoin the event for regular updates.

The decisions of the judges/organizers will be final and binding on allparticipants.All the entries received will become the property of theorganizers of

Prayaag.

The Terms and Conditions of participation are subjected to change at any timewithout specific notice. The amended Terms and Conditions of entry will be effective

immediately upon being posted on the website. It is the sole responsibility of the

participants to regularly visit the website to read any changes.

The participants who come down to the campus for the final presentation would bereimbursed (sleeper class fares). The fare reimbursed will be for the shortest route

between the teams institute and Mumbai.
