Proprietary Fluidics Oscillator Technology/CT Service
• Proven, cost-effective process for treating near-wellbore/perforation damage and stimulating production.
• Successfully used to treat over 6,500 wells globally.
• Cleaned out /de-scaled over 1,300 wells in Permian.
• Successfully deployed in vertical and horizontal wells .
• Highly efficient delivery mechanism for bio-remediation treatments.
• Can be run on drill-pipe, tubing and coiled tubing.
• Prolongs the life of the wellbore/completion and optimizes production and injection performance. • Leads to enhanced production or injection through reducing debris contained within the perforation cavities. • A successful wellbore stimulation requires the right combination of mechanical tools, microbial treatment and supervision.
The Bio Treatments are….. • Used to decrease oil viscosity, increase API gravity
and solubilize paraffins to improve fluid flow. • Economically attractive for marginal oil fields. • Easily produced cost effectively. • Inexpensive and easy to handle in the field. • Pumped through existing facilities. • Biodegradable and therefore environmentally
friendly.
The Tools specifically…. • Remove deposits from perforations and screens. • Perform near wellbore stimulation of high
permeability formations. • Prepare wells prior to stimulation treatments. • Prepare wells prior to gravel packing /fracturing. • Clean out fill from open hole or casing. • Aid management of injection profiles. • Enhance placement of treating chemicals. • Remove scale from tubing and nipple profiles.

Fluidic: of, relating to, or being a device (as an amplifier or control) that depends for operation on the pressures and flows of a fluid in precisely shaped channels
Acoustic Streaming: the production of unidirectional flow currents in a fluid because of the presence of sound waves
Synergism: an interaction of elements such that their combined effect is greater than the sum of their individual effects. (Fluidic Oscillator, Acoustic Streaming, Proper Treatment Fluids and Correct Treatment Design)
Technology Definitions

Proprietary fluid flow internal geometry causes
the Fluidic Oscillator Tool to
oscillate which produces
alternating bursts of fluid
to be ejected into the
wellbore. These bursts of
fluid create pulsating
pressure waves within the
wellbore and formation fluid that break up and remove any type
of near wellbore damage.
Technology Principal

Cyclic Loading: Stress loading caused by the oscillating pressure waves as the tool is reciprocated through the interval.
Acoustic Streaming: "Pinpoint" placement of fluid.
Chemical reaction: Enhances the chemical reaction through increased fluid mixing and by increasing the surface area for contact.

Patented fluidic oscillator is run on coiled tubing or on jointed pipe when a rig is on the well.
Unique design of the tool produces oscillation as fluid is pumped through the tool.
Fluid can be acid, water, seawater, diesel, nitrified fluids, etc.
Combines coiled tubing efficiency with fluidic oscillator technology.

Water, acid, diesel, CO2 N2 foamed fluids or any other non-abrasive fluid.
The pumped fluid is always an integral part of the treatment.
The type of fluid is determined by the nature of the problem.
Ideal fluid properties to consider:
• Surface tension reduction • Friction reduction • Surfactant activity • Penetration capability • Solids suspension • Wettability protection • Acid retardation • Increased solubility

Egypt: Two Cretaceous sandstone reservoirs were completed as a straddled completion, accessed through a Sliding Side-Door® valve.
Expected production of 1,000-1,200 BOPD, but the zone initially produced only 200 BOPD, and later declined further to an intermittent flow of 0 to 50 BOPD.
Because the zones of interest were isolated from the main wellbore and only accessible through the Sliding Side-Door® valve, direct access to the perforations was impossible.
The Fluidics oscillator Tool was deployed to help fatigue the suspected debris buildup in the zones.
Clay stabilizer and fines control were used with acid system, and pumped at 60 GPF and 28 GPF, respectively.
Volumes were controlled to minimize the job cost, and clay stabilizer material was used for over-displacing the acid and then again for the displacement stage.
After stimulation, the well initially flowed at 1,500-1,600 BPD, without artificial lift.
Production later stabilized at approximately 1,300 BOPD.
“The economic value created by the Fluidics Oscillator tool and the acid system solution is more than $27.4 million, including $120,000 in reduced job costs” - Customer
