A: Before you get the venue, make sure to review the instructions on the mobile benefit (Some benefits may require to arrive early or wear specific articles of clothing). When you get to the venue, use your original tickets to scan into the game. Once inside, reopen the app and bring up your mobile benefit on your phone. Follow the instructions on the mobile benefit for redemption. Q: WHEN WILL BLUE LINE LOYALTY EXPERIENCES BECOME AVAILABLE FOR REDEMPTION? A: Blue Line Loyalty experiences will go on sale at varying times before a home game.
