Whilst Stewards had no concerns the greyhound had run truly to the line, Stewards also had to consider the welfare of the fellow competitors. Whilst fortunate, no runners were injured tonight or last week as a consequence of DOT PRINCESS( 6 ) pulling up short, Stewards informed Mrs Woods that should DOT PRINCESS( 6 ) continue it’s current trait, consideration would be given to placing a trial on the greyhound, disbarring it from racing until displaying it had mended it’s racing manners.
