I setup and orchestrated large classes that the company instructed to internal and external stakeholders – producing large quantities of highly technical class materials and books. My other responsibilities included working with VP as his Executive Assistant, worked closely with HR, accounting, and served as first POC for customers.

NANA Construction 2013-2014 Project Controller Worked as project controller for modular construction company; managing financials and budgets for projects, tracking of resources, and scopes of work. Also worked with project manager of the division to support overall project management needs, in resource management, project kickoff, project bidding, project lifecycle, and vendor management. Also was HR resource for the division.

RELATED EXPERIENCE Williams Scotsman Sales Administrator 2009 – 2013 Managed office in an admin manager role, where I designed the processes and structure of the office for accounting, HR, vendors, etc. for weekly, monthly, and yearly basis. Was promoted after first year, where I kept the same responsibilities as admin manager, but took on the internal sales role. My responsibilities grew exponentially to include not only the office, but all leasing and selling of mobile office units, managing each sale in a project management role, as I was responsible for internal and external concerns, and project lifecycle. Safety knowledge and culture were established and carried throughout my career.
