Already a tourist and visitors destination, we are located 15 minutes away from the airport within a city of 22 hotels. A great demand: Richmond is the most populous municipality in the GVRD after Vancouver, Surrey and Burnaby. A population of 185,400 will grow to 212,000 by 2021. Steveston alone has a population of 26,200, the second highest after Richmond City Centre. Steveston has the second fastest annual growth rate of 2.8% with an average of 2.1% in the last five years.
