Experience Summary: My current position as Field Supervisor includes various work, adapting to what is required on the specific job. I have worked in oil and gas for over 6 years, starting as bolting technician progressing to a field supervisor who regularly supervises multiple disciplines from nitrogen leak testing to construction hydro testing, to hydraulic torque tensioning. I now provide services as a project engineer, Liaising with the client Creating Leak test packs, running of flange management & overseeing the running of the Job. I ensure health and safety is adhered to at all times. I encourage team work and motivation of the team but can still self-motivate when needed to work independently. I have developed skills from engineering disciplines and would like to continue to expand my knowledge. I thrive on leading the way and achieving results of high quality work. Skills and abilities:

• Test Pack Engineering: Using Commissioning Markups, ISO’s and construction drawings to generate Spools tests, System Hydro-tests, Pneumatic test packs, within SIM & Bluebeam • He Leak testing, Calibration of OPP, PHD4 calibration, System Line up with client and. Amending Packs. Completing paperwork. • All aspects of Bolting, Hydraulic torque/Tensioning. • Construction hydro testing of Pipeline and Process; Watering up, Pressurising, Stabilisation, Observations, Depressurisation, Flushing & Drying. • Most aspects of Paperwork: TBT’s, CVI’s, Deviations, Shift handovers, Daily Ops, check sheets, treatment reports, Backload requests, and time sheets. • N2 Integrity testing and purging. • Hydro testing of flexible Flowlines and Risers; Pigging, Watering up, Pressurising, Stabilisation, Observations, Depressurisation, Flushing & Drying. • Annulus testing, Using Air & N2, for Volume, Pressure, Drying and removing Oxygen. • Use of dead weight tester for calibration digital Gauges. • Yokogawa data logger and K type transducers. • Following testing guidelines & specific requirements, Completing relevant reports & paperwork. • Trained overhead Crane operator both Remote & pendant control up to 20te. • Rigging & slinging of various loads & sizes. • Controlled tightening of ANSI/ASME, API, SPO and Grayloc flanges. • Qualified fork lift truck driver to 7.5T.
