Worked with business analysts and project managers on multiple projects and implementations. This involved reading change scripts and identifying which aspects of the script would affect my department. I then attended teleconferences, wrote test scripts in Mercury Quality Centre and ran the various test within test environments ahead of implementations. I would also then come into work on weekends for the live implementations and test the functionality of all systems and agree or disagree whether the implementation had been successful for our department.

Interests and achievements

I believe a healthy body is a healthy mind and I am a keen runner, training regularly, competing in half marathons. I enjoy playing football and also watching it. I enjoy spending time with my friends and family.

I have lead the continuous improvement team within the financial sanctions unit in Lloyds and have made financial savings for the department as well as process improvements.
