Martinez Hinge TOD is part one of the Martinez Creek de-velopmentproject.ThesiteispartofahugehistoryonFredricksburgRoad which the road itself has stood from the expansion of the San Antonio to the precurser of highway I-10.TheprojectisaboutconnectingSanAntoniowithatran-sit oriented development project that is catalyzed by the VIA Primo bus route and Martinez Creek Development and the futureoftransportationthatPrimoisreadytoprovide.

CREEKWAY ROLLERDERBY RINK

Creekway Rollerderby Rink is part two of the Marinez Creek developmentproject.ThesitehasahistoryofresidencesalongwithtreelinedstreetsleadingtoWoodlawnPark.Theproject consisted of developing a rollerderby rink that would give Womens Flat Track Derby Association of San Antionio a placewhereteamscouldpracticeandparticipateingames.Also while giving back to the community with a community centeredenviornment.Sotheplayerscouldplaygamestothepublic and an additional pavillion for basketball and a farmers maket.

Biotechtonic is a design/build project catalyst between the individual and San Antonio is created and activated by people whose story is told through light, sound and the organic life thatisemergingoutoftheform.Theexperiencewascarefullyintended to feel larger than the individual, the experience of thecity,thecommunity,andlifeitself.Theobserverwillexperi-encethebodyoftheformcometolife.Thelifeofthisorganismis a representative between our cultural heritage and the ever changing community of San Antonio expressing how shifts and changes bring new stories to be told and a new history to be created.AhistorybroughtmostlybytherhythmandactivityofHoustonStreet,whereTheMajesticTheatreresides.

Viewside Bakery is a project for pastery chef to live andworkin.Theprogramrequiredatwobedroomhousewitharestraunt.Therestrauntislayedintwodifferentplaces.Thestreetlevelrestrauntisaforquicktogoordersandconviententstreetleveltraffic.Also a rooftop cafe with kitchen to enjoy the sce-nicviewofdowntown.Inthemiddledofthesetwospaces is the residence with its living room facing towardsthepark.Thislive/worksiteissitedwith14other developments that are designed to be built wall towall.

SAN PEDRO SPRINGS SKATE PAVILLION

San Pedro Springs Skate Pavillion is an addition to the skate parkalreadybuilt.thepavillionwouldbeplacedinthesouth-ernareaanddwellingspaceforteenstohangoutandskate.The design is based on line diagrams and color diagrams in order to place the various levels, ramps, rails, and cover for the Skate Pavillion
