Currently – for the last five years Steve has been working as a senior customer service associate at Masters Home Improvement at North Lakes, worked in two fit outs Morayfield and North Lakes Masters . Steve’s has worked in many departments though out the store including the tool shop, electrical, plumbing, receiving, décor, flooring and currently Outdoor Living.Steve has set many lead,sales and extended warranty sales records and has been voted employ of the month on numerous occasions with many customer compliment letters.

Steve’s strong passionate focus to give all customers that wonderful shopping experience focusing on their needs and special projects, building a strong customer associate repor, resulting on many repeat customers for the store. Steve’s level of customer service has been explained as inspirational, inspiring and one of the kind people skills which Steve has built upon over 20 year sales experience. Steve has achievements and skills are,

1- 100 hours sales training all about improving the shopping experience for our customers.

2- Managing a small group of associates to get planogram tasks and displaying merchandise effectively, quickly and safely.

3- Using the in store RF guns for pricing labels, ordering and stock counts.4- Voted employee on many occasions with numerous customer compliment

letters.5- Run many car park sales over the weekend out the front of store coordinating

stock and special clearance pricing.6- Set many lead, warranty and sales record both in flooring and outdoor living.7- Steve has tickets to operate the wave, walkie stacker, pallet jacks and electric

pallet jack to move pallets around the store.8- Steve helps a small team to replenish stock on shelves in his area every

Steve Davies’ national reputation has been built upon 30 years of passionate sport fishing and thousands of hours tagging many inshore & offshore salt and freshwater species. Steve’s a strong passion to teach others the art of sports fishing, via writing for many local and national magazines over a five year period in 2001 to 2006. Steve also directed the Australian Bass Mania Series for four years from 2000 to 2004. Steve’s key to success has been his determination, Christian values and passion to teach and help others.

- Steve is currently working on some research and development on a few new exciting products which will help other fellow anglers catch more fish with features not yet seen in Australia. Steve has a very strong passion that drives him to keep improving and developing Australian based ideas & testing that will lead the worldwide fishing and camping industry.

- Steve has been approached by overseas companies asking him to test, improve and give feedback on worldwide products & Steve has been asked on numerous times to take overseas anglers out to catch big stud Australian bass.

- Steve has over 20 year’s sales experience as an upholstery rep, dealing and selling to the public every day. Steve’s advanced selling skills of asking the customers the right questions, reading their body languish to finding out what they want, how they want it and informing the best way to go about this from a professional point of view is his strong points.

- Steve is currently working for Masters Home Improvement for the last 5 years as a senior customer services associate setting & breaking new sales & lead records not yet achieved by anyone else. Steve has a strong passion to help others & enjoys working with people.

- Steve ran the Australian Bass Mania Series for a 4 year period around 2000 and 2004, dealing with the public, sponsors, writing press releases, photographs and uploading on the web/internet.

- Steve worked as a lure wholesaler for 7 years, working with many national retailers and overseas companies as their Australian agent.

Steve Davies – Work & Fishing Resume- Steve attended a fulltime two week sale training course

before he started working in sales.- Steve grown up fishing in local and ANSA fishing clubs,

tagging many saltwater and freshwater fish.- Steve wrote features for many local and national magazines

for a 5 year period. Steve started off writing for Queensland Fishing Monthly in the early 2000’s. Then started writing for Australian Freshwater Fishing and did selective features for Modern Fishing and NAFA annual between 2001 and 2006.

- Steve currently enjoys doing online fishing video’s on his www.youtube.com.au/stevedaviesfishing where he looks forward to his next new series of online videos uploading very soon. Steve’s current you tube website has been viewed by some ¼ million anglers from all over the world.

- Steve is currently looking into doing his next new online video’s & maybe TV appearances and going back to fish the bass comps.

- Steve currently runs a flash 17ft Bass Boat which has a 200hp efi Mercury and does 80 MPH.
