really good. Students will get good

Foreign language should be added

in the course, to added advantage

for students who wish to work in

MNC based abroad.

We are starting with German language

in our curriculum from the year 2018.

Employers generally felt that

communication skill are good with

our students and require

improvement in domain

knowledge.

Its our constant endeavor to groom our

student with domain skills and soft

skills.

Parents

Students need to equip themselves

with current practical knowledge in

the concerned field for their

sustainability.

For This, students are encouraged to

participate in the internship, workshops,

Industry Interaction is must to

)Activity was conducted by two faculty

at SBS, In which Faculty has interacted

with Industry people about course and

taken advices on how to mold students

for industry work. We have successfully

improved employment opportunity for

our student.

Alumni

Few Alumni had given suggestion

for addition in library stock.

New addition was taken in to

consideration.

A special note was made regarding

the team building, interpersonal

relationship and the good attitude

of the students.

A personality grooming lecture series

was organized in the institute under the

skill development program. We are

happy to see the result of our Student

training Program (STP), This session

series helped our student to be ready for

corporate world .

More attention has to be given on

soft skill development of students.

Through Active Student Council,

Students get an opportunity for

representation as a Committee head/

member. At SBS, We have many

committees as Placement Committee,

Cultural & Sports Committee.

Faculty

Some of the specialization books

should be added in library stock.

Requisition of books was taken from

faculty members. A list was compiled

by the librarian and proposed for

purchase.

Alumni

Various alumni of our Institute

were taking up entrepreneurial

ventures. These students wanted

support and guidance for their

start-up ventures.

Incubation center is developed to

provide research and training support to

the start-ups and research scholars. We

started with the activities of incubation

center from Jan 2014. The nature of the

support and guidance ranges from

conducting research for business to

planning and executing research

processes and functions.

One of the employers has given a

valuable suggestion that Student

should do small research project

with Small scale industry unit

which will enhance the vision of

students and also will improve their

employability.

Through the Industry - Academia

Interaction Cell we undertake various

research and execution activities for

Organization. We at SBS provide

favorable environment to the faculty

members and students to conduct

research.


Parents

Parent’s feedback was mainly

related with English

communication skills of their

respective wards.

For English Communication, we have

proposed for separate Language Lab

where we can evaluate our students on

their communication skills and train

them individually.

SBS has Formal and informal mechanism to obtain feedback from students and

stakeholders on Curriculum to ensure improvement in teaching pedagogy and curriculum.

In continuation of our Practice, The feedback on curriculum was taken through informal

Post Guest Sessions discussion, Seminars and conferences discussions in Alumni meet,

suggestions from industry Expert and academicians.

Feedback received regarding changes in the syllabus are analyzed and given to University

for changes for enrichment.

During the semester, Faculty endeavored to achieve the objective of the course & Look

informal feedback from students about the same. These were later considered during

syllabus revision and enrichment.

Parents suggested that the students should be involved in the research activity in order to

update them. With the changes taking place in the Indian & Global Industry Scenario,

Students were encouraged to undertake research paper writing with the help of the

faculty.

Alumni suggested that they may be invited to the campus to interact with the students in

order to update them about the difficulties being faced in the industry and about latest

technology. For this, SBS registered Alumni Association as on 6th June2012 and looks

forward to arrange Alumni meets on regular basis.
