Steps to upload Photo and Signature
URL : hwb.mahaonline.gov.in
Heavy Water Board
Login into system with Registered User Name and Password.
Click on Profile Creation button as highlighted below to upload Photo and Signature.
Click on “Step 6 : Upload Photo/Signature”, then click on the Browse.
Click on “Browse” button to select the Photo, then Click on the Open button.
Click on “Save” to upload Photo. System throws an error message as shown below. Click on OK.
To Resize Photo, Open with Paint.
Follow below steps : 1. Click on Resize option.
2. Click on Pixels option.3. Untick “Maintain aspect ratio”4. Horizontal in 130 Pixels5. Vertical in 170 Pixels6. Click OK, then Save your work.
Below image shows resized photo.
To upload photo, click on Browse Button, Select photo then Open button
System throws message of completion. Click on OK.
Click on “Browse” button to upload the Signature.
Select Signature, then Click on the Open button.
Click on “Save” to upload Photo. System throws an error message as shown below. Click on OK.
To Resize Signature, Open with Paint.
Follow below steps : 1. Click on Resize option.
2. Click on Pixel option.3. Untick “Maintain aspect ratio”4. Horizontal in 100 Pixels5. Vertical in 90 Pixels6. Click OK, then Save your work.
To upload Signature, click on Browse Button, Select Signature then Open
button. Click on Save.
System throws message of completion. Click on OK.
