Complete Electronic Concurrent Enrollment Permission Request Formwww.shastacollege.edu/hsplacement

• Sign into their portal for access• Enter parent email and school email address• Parent and Principal will be required to

create a one time profile with Dynamic formsin order to sign form.

• Student receives confirmation email.• Student notified when form is completed by

all signers.

Speak with a Counselor

Student receives email from Admissions & Records when the Concurrent Enrollment Permission Request form is processed. Student contacts Shasta College counseling to discuss placement and presents required documents if a course has pre-requisites.

Register for Classes and Pay Fees

Student registers for classes on MyShasta on their registration date (see important dates link for registration date) and pays fees. The good news is that your enrollment fees are waived! All students must pay: $21.00 health fee, $20.50 campus fee* and any course related material fees (Some courses may have material fees which vary in price. (*$20.50 Campus Fee does not apply to the Tehama, Trinity or Intermountain campus.)
