STEPS TO PREPARE THE MAIL MERGE
The Following Steps are to be Followed :-
•
The Main document is to prepared and saved.
• The Date table containing the Address details of different Addressee is to be
prepared in MS Excel or MS Access and saved.
• Then, in the Main document the Mail Merge Toolbar is to be Activated.
• In Main Document Toolbar, Data Table is to be opened where one should
select the data source.
• After that, one should click on insert Merge Field Button and the different
address fields are to inserted one by one.
• To view the merged fields’ data one should click on View Merge Fields Button
• To merge the data in a new document Merge to New Document Button is to
clicked
