The Anchor Step-down eating disorder services Service overview We firmly believe that our placements are an investment in a person’s future and we can significantly change the narrative for patients, breaking the ‘revolving door’ pattern that they have often slipped into, moving from one hospital admission to another. Our homes place focus on connection within the community and building skills for independence. This may involve gaining employment, voluntary work, accessing education, learning to drive or perhaps joining local clubs or groups. This all depends on the goals and motivation of the individual. “We have a proven track record of positive outcomes, relative to a treatment resistant population.”

Service overview

We firmly believe that our placements are an investment in a person’s future and we can significantly change the narrative for patients, breaking the ‘revolving door’ pattern that they have often slipped into, moving from one hospital admission to another.

Our homes place focus on connection within the community and building skills for independence. This may involve gaining employment, voluntary work, accessing education, learning to drive or perhaps joining local clubs or groups. This all depends on the goals and motivation of the individual.

“We have a proven track record of positive outcomes,

relative to a treatment resistant population.”
