Step by Step:How to buy a reserved Senior parking spot
Sales begin Thursday, August 13, 2020 at 5:00amPlease read through ALL of the following information before purchasing your Senior Parking
Permit.
Senior parking Permits are $50.00. This is a gift to our amazing Seniors to help them start the
year off right!
Students must complete this process using a computer or laptop as many of the website features cannot be completed on the mobile version!
We strongly encourage you to read through ALL of the information within these
infographics prior to starting the process. This will give you a better idea of the steps
necessary to purchase your Parking Permit without any hiccups.
Senior RequirementsIn order to purchase your RESERVED SENIOR PARKING SPACE for the 2020-2021 school year,
students must:
1. Be a senior currently enrolled at Timber Creek High School
2. Have a minimum cumulative 2.5 GPA
3. Be cleared of all financials obligations
How Do I buy my Senior Parking Space? Step-by-Step Guide
Use a computer or laptop. The “CHOOSE YOUR OWN SEAT” feature is not available on
mobile.
Please have the following with you:
A credit card. The cost of your Senior Reserved Permit is $50.00
The name and student number of the senior driver
The driver’s license number for the student driver
The license plate # of the primary or secondary vehicle (secondary is optional)
The make, model and color of the primary (and optional secondary) vehicle
The name, email and phone number of the parent or guardian

Students will also want to view the TCHS parking map to choose the spot they want.
Have back-ups too, in case your first choice has already been sold. You can click here
to access the parking map or click the link in the description of this post. Click here to
view the map with no highlighting.
Students who want to guarantee spots next to each other should give their money and
required information to one purchaser. Once person can purchase multiple spots (up to
5). The information the purchaser will need from each student can be found in Step 1. All
of this information is required for each ticket.
Step 2: Before you purchase – Review parking map
Go to tchs.ticketleap.com
Look for the event titled ‘Reserved Parking (Seniors Only) 2020 & Click BUY NOW

Please click the link that reads “CHOOSE YOUR OWN SEATS”. (You must be on a laptop or
desktop to use the “Choose Your Own Seats” feature. On mobile, you must use “Find
Best Seats Available” which will randomly assign you a parking spot.

map of the parking lot. Select
the reserved section you wish
to park in. There are reserved
spots on both the “Stadium”
side and the “Bus Loop” side.

Click on the spot you want, and then click “add link”
Step 6: Click on your Spot(s)
If you are purchasing a spot for a friend so you can park near each
other, please make sure they know what “ticket number” (spot
number) they have to they can submit the Google Form Parking
Application (Step #9)

You will not see your selected spot (“ticket”) in the right window. Click
“CLOSE”
Step 7: Check Out
To complete the purchase, enter your credit car information and the other requested
information about the student driver and vehicle(s). Note that the driver’s license field is
optional because seniors who do not have their license yet can buy now and wait until
later in the year (when they have their license) to pick up their parking pass. No partial or
full refunds will be issued!

Please use the following link (which is also in the description above) to access the TCHS
Parking Agreement. This will need to be uploaded to the Parking Application Google
Form in the following step. Please note this document is two pages in length and will
need to be scanned/photocopied to upload to the Google Form. Copy & Paste the link
below into your browser to access to Parking Agreement Form:

Step 8: Complete the TCHS Parking Agreement
This year we have made this process 100% digital. Once you have purchased your
parking spot, you will need to complete the TCHS Parking Application Google Form. You
can do this by clicking this link or the link in the description. You will not receive your
parking permit until all information and documentation within this Google Form is
provided.
You will need to have the provide/upload the following information:
Your ticket number from TicketLeap
A photocopy of your (the student’s) driver’s license
A photocopy of your CURRENT car registration. (Please check expiration dates). If
you registered two cars, you will need to provide photocopies for each car’s
registration
A photocopy of your CURRENT car insurance. (Please check expiration dates). If
you register two cars, make sure this shows both vehicles.
A photocopy of the parking agreement with initials and signatures for student and
parent (please note it is TWO pages in length)
If you bough your parking permits as a group, each student will have to complete this
Google Form. Make sure each person knows their “Ticket Number” or Spot Number when
completing this form.
Step 9: TCHS Parking Application Google Form
Step 10: Wait for Confirmation Once you pay and submit all documentation, Ms. Francis will be emailing you confirming
you have met all the requirements and have uploaded all necessary items. She will send
you specific instructions on how to pick up your parking permit in the front office. Please
bring a photo ID with you to pick up your parking permit.
