Kindly follow the below steps to enable DSC pop-up during Login

Step 1: Turn-off Pop-up Blocker if it is ON. Go to “Tools” “Pop-Up Blocker” “Turn-off Pop-up Blocker”.

Step 3: Do the security settings Go to “Tools” “Internet Options” “Security”

Select the Internet and set the security level to Medium (Ignore if it already Medium or Low)

Select the Trusted Sites and set the security level to Medium/Low (Ignore if it already Medium or

Low)

Step 4: Do the Java Installation and settings

Go to https://java.com and download the latest Java (Version 8 Update 251)

Also download the 64 BIT Java version from-

Download & Install both the Java versions (System will automatically detect the versions of

Java whichever is applicable)

Then Go to Control Panel of your computer and click on Java.

Then Click on Settings Delete Files OK

Go to C:\ drive Users Your Name (or computer name) and then type the mentioned

path in the address bar after your name. (\AppData\LocalLow\Sun\Java\Deployment\cache)

E.g: - C:\Users\Alexa.Paul\AppData\LocalLow\Sun\Java\Deployment\cache

Select All and Delete all the Folders available under it.

RESTART YOUR SYSTEM AND YOU ARE GOOD TO GO.
