Step 1: Go to this website http://filezilla-project.org/

Step 2: click on download filezilla client. Now choose your operating system.

Step 3: When you click on your operating system, you are going to see the below screen.

Step 4: Click Save File. (By default it will be saved in downloads folder)

Step 5: Double click on setup file.

Step 6: click “Run”.

Step 7: click “I Agree”

Step 8: Click “Next”

Step 9: Click “Next”

Step 10: Click “Next”

Step 11: Click “Install”

Step 12: Double click on the shortcut icon you created on desktop.

Step 13: Go to File in menu bar and click Site Manager.

Step 14: Click on the new site and fill in all the details.

Host: mis.uhcl.edu

Protocol: FTP - File Transfer Protocol

Encryption: Require explicit FTP over TLS

Login Type: Normal

User: bus\username

Password: ******** (business lab password)

If you do not have a business lab password, you have to go to business lab and create a password.

The Username is same. (bomminenia9794)

The default password is ‘p’ followed by your ‘uhcl 7 digit id’. (p1234567).

Step 15: Click Connect.
