This guide is intended to install WeWork printer services. Step 1. Download the Install Package Confirm you are on the WeWork network either by being connected with a cable or connected to the “WeWork” WiFi Click on the Mac or PC button to download the installer for your computer's operating system *NOTE: Mac users will need to change the setting in Security & Privacy to allow App Store and identified developers
You will then be prompted to enter your computer credentials (username and password) to allow you to install the print drivers, please enter your credentials and accept to begin the process (Before doing so make sure you have all other applications closed to help the process go faster): MAC:

Step 2. Start the Install Click “OK” or “Yes” MAC : PC:
All drivers need to be installed no matter what printers are at the location *NOTE: Some PC users you may receive the below, please download and install and restart the install
Step 3. Complete the Install You will be notified after each print driver installs, (pop up box in Windows and a bouncing icon in the taskbar for Mac), click “OK” to continue each time (WeWork uses three printers globally so you are covered for any location!). Also, you will be asked to enter your company account credentials* for Papercut (the software WeWork uses to manage your print allocations) to install that application
*You will find your company account credentials at the bottom of Building Services page of the Member network
Step 4. Add a Printer Find out the make of the nearest printer to your location and select that manufacturer when setting up the printer. From any application you are printing from select print then from the print dialogue box:
● “WeWork Konica C220 C224” ● “WeWork Taskalfa 3051ci” (Kyocera) ● “WeWork HP Laserjet M880”

Step 5. Testing the Installation
A. Make sure that Papercut is running B. Send any document to the printer by printing from your computer. You will be
prompted for your PaperCut ID and Pin on the first print of the day. If you idle for more than 1 hour, you will be prompted again.
C. Go to any printer and log in using your PaperCut ID and Pin. D. Find the release feature and print the selected document.
*Note: Default paper size is US Letter, for locations outside the US Members should change the paper size to A4 when selecting their printer, if you need help with releasing a print, please ask a Community Team Member for assistance
