1. Introduction

You are hereby invited to quote for the Vapour Recovery projects fabrication packages destined to be installed

at Saudi Aramco Jazan site Vessels, Steelworks, Piping and mechanical assembly.

2. Scope of WORK

Bidder is kindly requested to supply individual pricing for elements 1 through 37 commensurate with Saudi

Aramco standards & specifications. Any deviations, exceptions or omissions should be highlighted individually

per Item Number in the form of easily understandable list.

The Bidder/Supplier shall indicate by email their interest to bid & confirm they have the available man power &

shop capacity to carry out the work. Within this email they will state an estimated fabrication schedule for each

unit & the whole package.

We, Aker Solutions, reserve the right to visit your establishment & carry out QA/QC inspection prior to formal

award of contract. This will be arranged at the convenience of both parties.

Operating pressures, design pressures of vessels & pipe work can be found within the Document package.

The design will handle Hydrocarbon vapours emitted from sources such as Tank Breathing & filling, ship loadings,

truck loading.

supply a unit rate price (for example per metre of cable tray including parts, installation, drawings)
