Carbon Steel Plate

Most-common type of steel that contains about 0.1 to 0.3 percent carbon. In general, increase in the amount of carbon reduces ductility

specified or standard amount of one or more alloying elements (such as chromium, molybdenum, nickel, titanium, vanadium) to be

classified as alloy steel is called carbon steel.Carbon Steel plate is the best choice for the fabrication of numerous shapes and applications. Commonly used in the construction of

bridges, buildings and ships, it's also utilized in the fabrication of base plates, braces, liners, brackets, storage tanks, steel structure.

This steel is particularly receptive to many workability requirements - it can be, welded, formed, machined, sheared, drilled, sawed,

punched, bolted and riveted.

The most common grades are SS400, SA/A36, SA/A283-C, Mild Steel andmanyothers.

Stainless steel is the name given to a group of corrosion resistant and high temperature steels. Their remarkable

resistance to corrosion is due to a chromium-rich oxide film which forms on the surface. When ordinary carbon

steel is ex osed to rain water, for exam le, it corrodes formin a brown iron oxide, commonl called rust, on the

surface.

There are various types and grades of stainless steel plates that we are able to supply such as 304, 304L, 316,

316L, duplex, super duplex, and many others.

Aluminum Plate

Pure aluminum is soft and ductile and most commercial uses require greater strength than pure aluminum affords. So,

strength is achieved by the addition of other elements to produce alloys. Further strengthening is possible by means which

classif the allo s into rou hl two cate ories, non-heat-treatable allo ed with man anese, silicon, iron, and ma nesium

and heat-treatable (alloyed with copper, magnesium, zinc, and silicon).

Aluminum is available in a wide variety of alloys to meet specific applications.

H-Beam and I-Beam

Hot-rolled steel beam with H-shaped cross section, used mainly in piling and retaining structures.

H beam is developed and optimized from I beam, a kind of economical profiled steel with a better mechanics capabilities. The webplates and the flanges are in plumb. The inner flange runs parallel to the outer one. Its flanges are very straight and the edges are clear,

especially named by the similarity between the section shape and the letter "H".

Steel I-beams are used for a variety of structural applications. Specific terminology is used to describe I-beam characteristics and

properties.

Steel I-beams can be found in nearly all construction projects, from skyscrapers and highways to residential construction and industrial

cranes. The properties of the I-beam make it an optimal choice to balance beam strength and weight. Most of an I-beams cross-

sectional area is located away from the neutral axis of the beam, resulting in a high moment of inertia, or I value.
