STAY RELEVANT: When we stay up to date with the latest technology and trending techniques, it is proven time and time again to help us grow and expand our businesses. Falisha advises her staff to use Social media in order to stay relevant so they don’t fall behind.

ADVERTISE: Everyday, we are exposed to advertisements. It’s how we know a place exists! So, make sure you use your free tools to show your ideal client that you’re out there! Nobody will know who you are unless you show them!

ADD VALUE: The truth is, it doesn’t take much effort to make someone feel special. It just takes a little bit of thought, effort and kindness. Falisha wanted to implement a system because she experienced incredible customer service herself and it made her feel like a star. When you provide those little or big things for your client, it makes them feel special and keeps them coming back.
