R-Go Tools: our story

We develop ergonomic tools for healthy screen usage and deliver our products worldwide through partners. Our products are characterized by the unique combination of ergonomics, affordability, durability and design.

In 2008, Vincent and Anita Bons shared a vision: making healthy working with ergonomic products a matter of course. The desire was to combine this work with their passion for development work. In 2006, they had already met Daniël van Meeuwen. The ergonomic knowledge, in combination with Daniël’s connections, resulted in the creation of R-Go Tools in 2010. Due to the diverse nature in character and talents, a very varied team was created. And it is precisely this great diversity that strengthens us and complements each other! Together we put our vision into practice: developing ergonomic tools so that you can work healthy and thereby give people in need, a second chance. We provide support through our foundation Tools4Life.

Ergonomic keyboardsChances are you have a kink in the wrists while typing. That happens automatically when you use a standard keyboard.

In order to be able to type with straight wrists, we have developed an ergonomic split keyboard that consists of two separate parts. These parts can be placed freely on the desk, so that you can type in a healthy way in any working position. Our keyboards stand out for their minimal thickness. A flat keyboard provides a flat, relaxed position for the hands. This way the tendons in the wrists are relieved and the blood circulation in your hands remains intact. The special scissor mechanism in the keys provides a light keystroke, so you need less power to type. Do you also find it difficult that, if you are right-handed, with a standard keyboard you always have to reach sideways to the mouse? By constantly reaching out with your right arm, you can burden your wrist and shoulder unnoticed. To avoid overloading, it is important to keep both hands within shoulder width. The CO2 emissions released during the manufacture of the Caparo monitor arm, for example, are equivalent to only 56,6 km (35 miles) of driving. Ergonomic document holdersAre you often in a bent posture when working with documents? This posture is provoked by the position of your paper or binder on the desk.

With a binder next to your keyboard, you will be sitting in an unnatural posture without realizing, with your head often having to turn. Paper in front of your keyboard provokes a curved posture. Your head has to make big movements to switch between screen and documents. Both postures can cause complaints to the back, neck and shoulders.
