DESCRIZIONE Il SISTEMA AX è un sistema PORTATILE di pesatura statico e dinamico che
può essere installato e settato in pochi minuti (circa 40 minuti) e fornisce la
misura precisa del valore di peso per ruota e per asse di un mezzo ferroviario.

Nel caso specifico dell’applicazione richiesta, occorre considerare il sistema
AX800 che permette il rilievo statico contemporaneo su 8 ruote, fornendo in
uscita una serie di dati sia di pronto utilizzo (rilevamento carico/carichi fuori
tolleranza) sia archiviabili, e precisamente:

• Each Individual wheel weight, percentage loadings and centre of gravity can be graphically displayed and printed. Other outputs are also available.
• 4 Axles are weighed simultaneously with all four wheel weights shown on the touch screen display

• Power supply: 12V to 220V to 240V – 50Hz. Battery or Mains (12hrs use per charge)

Il sistema è caratterizzato da:
• Alta precisione e affidabilità,
• Sistema precalibrato e installazione veloce,
• Bassi costi di esercizio e di manutenzione.
Da un punto di vista operativo, il metodo di pesatura è basato sul
funzionamento di un determinato numero di sensori di carico che leggono il
peso della ruota quando la stessa si ferma nella zona sensibile del sensore – il
sistema può essere fissato tra le rotaie alle distanze opportune in modo da
rispettare sia il passo del carrello sia l’interasse tra i carrelli del vagone. Il
sistema AX 800 si compone come di seguito descritto:
Tutti i dati ricavati dalla lettura dei sensori di carico possono essere poi
archiviati mediante trasferimento a mezzo USB, oppure è possibile effettuare
(come opzione) una connessione di tipo Wi-Fi o collegamento ETHERNET
(RS232 – RS485).
