Devi died d&e to '&rning. I immediately went to the ho&se of my sister(s inlaws and fo&nd her

to 'e dead. She was com)letely '&rnt and her inlaws told me that she set herself on fire. I find

this to 'e &ntr&e. * few days 'efore the death, my sister Prerna Devi had come to visit o&r

home. She told me, my father and mother that her in+laws &se to ta&nt her and tort&re her 'y

saying that she had 'ro&ght nothing in dowry. er 'rother in law *an Singh had threatened to

ins&lt her 'efore the entire village. She was scared of her in+laws. i 'elieve that her h&s'and

and inlaws are 'ehind the killing of my sister. -hat is why I lodged an I/ against them in the

Police Station.
