Mission Statement
Edstrom Construction is a heavy construction contractor that prides it-
self on being founded on hard work. We strive to treat everyone with
respect, being honest in all of our dealings, showing integrity, and com-
pleting our work with efficiency and excellence in mind. We believe
these qualities are essential to succeeding in business and life.
Corporate Introduction
Edstrom Construction is a certified small business, woman-owned engi-
neering contractor that has been in business since 1975. Edstrom Con-
struction, Incorporated (ECI) currently holds contractor licenses in the
states of Idaho, Montana, North Dakota, Wyoming, and Nevada.
Edstrom Construction has approached every project with optimum per-
formance. As a full service business entity, ECI has design build capabili-
ties which we are able to insure project feasibility and also specialize in
projects that are unique in concept. ECI offers our clients full turn-key
expertise and management skills. ECI prides itself that we are a compa-
ny strong in standing with our vendors and creditors giving us the availa-
bility to perform contracts that are long in design and heavy on supply.

Feasibility Overview
Project objectives, government requirements, and client needs are met
through a strong emphasis on communication and teamwork. ECI’s
management philosophy focuses on the client’s needs and expectations
through utilization of total quality management techniques which em-
powers employees to be creative in developing better ways of serving
clients and eliminating errors. Value engineering is a foundation of
Edstrom Construction’s contracting service approach. For the purpose
of reducing owner costs while enhancing the overall quality of that pro-

Mack's Inn 2013 Wastewater Treatment Plant Im-
provements 2013
Chlorination system, pump and mechanical piping improvements, cell relining,
new transfer structures, yard piping, site clearing of 80 acres of forest land,
installation of approximately 1340 linear feet of 6" pressure piping and 2760
lineal feet of 8" pressure piping, two center pivots, surface restoration, approxi-
mately 7500 lineal feet of site fencing and electrical equipment.

Town of Culbertson Wastewater Facility Rehabili-
tation Phase 1 2013
The project consists of replacing approximately 3,500 feet of sanitary sewer
gravity main line with new PVC pipe and new manholes; a new sanitary sewer
lift station consisting of a new wet well, new suction pumps, lift station building
and associated electrical and mechanical equipment; the installation of approx-
imately 3,300 feet of new 8” PVC force main; and modification of an existing
infiltration lagoon cell with level control structure.
Contract Amount: $2,101,977.25
Chickasaw National Recreation Area 2013
In January of 2013, ECI began construction at the Chickasaw National Recrea-
tional Area near Sulphur, Oklahoma, to replace two existing lift stations. The
project is being done for the National Park Service. The project consists of in-
stalling two packaged lift stations, installing new wet wells, electrical services,
and associated pipe work. Expected completion is February 28th of 2013.

City of Soda Springs Wastewater Treatment Plant
2012-2013
This is a waste water treatment facility that we are upgrading for the City of
Soda Springs to meet new EPA requirements. We are adding a new plant to be
constructed around an existing plant still in operation. The new building will be
20,000 square feet with 21 foot concrete walls. We started with demolition of
existing process basins, concrete and asphalt, fencing and landscaping. The
secondary treatment process included concrete basins, equipment installation
and startup, grating and handrails, electrical and instrumentation. The tertiary
treatment process consisted of chemical storage tanks, process pressure and
drain piping, a backwash pump station and sludge drying bed pump drain sta-
tion. We started the new building from the ground up with concrete footings,
stem walls, walls and floors. It's a steel building with roof, monorails, trolleys &
hoists, a new HVAC system, drain piping, electrical and lighting. Once the pro-
ject is finished it will be complete with sidewalks, asphalt, fencing and gates as
well as landscaping. Forsgren & Associates are the engineers on the project,
and we've been using Associate Brigham Contractors (ABC) for the concrete
work.

Hebgen Lake Estates Lift Station and Force Main
Improvements 2012
Replaced existing lift station and approximately 400 lineal feet of force main for
Hebgen Lake Estates just north of West Yellowstone. Included demolition of
old lift station, and equipment building.

Chisos Basin Wastewater Treatment Plant – Big
Bend NP 2010-2011

ECI constructed a new sewer treatment plant at Big Bend National Park in the
Chisos Basin in south Texas. The project included removing sludge from existing
ponds to utilize for new plant site, underground utilities, construction of access
road and site work, all structures and buildings, blower building, facility piping,
lift station, treatment plant, and all site con-concrete and asphalt. We man-
aged subcontracts for surveying, electrical and mechanical trades and con-
structed the remaining items in house.

Tetonia Wastewater Treatment Plant, Tetonia, ID
2009
Treatment Improvements. Construction of an influent lift station and generator
building, lagoon construction and improvements, disinfection building, and as-
sociated piping and diversion and transfer structures. Collection Improvements.
Placement of several hundred feet of sewer line and many point repairs.
Contract Amount: $638,156
Fish Haven Wastewater Treatment Plant 2005
Built sewer treatment facility and evaporation pond. Scope of work included
dewatered site through gravel drainage system, excavated 9 acre lagoon, exca-
vated 3 acre lagoon, installed 60 mil pond liner in both lagoons, built three di-
version structures with head-gate systems, and rebuilt dike roads around la-
goon site.

City of St. Anthony Wastewater Treatment Im-
provements 2005
Modification of wastewater treatment facility. Scope of work included re-
shaping the existing sewer lagoon into two deeper lagoons, installed 6 lift sta-

tions and installed 3,200 lineal feet of 21” A2,000 Sewer line. Construct new
blower building with screen and Construct new chlorination building. Installed
16,000’ of new sewer line and installed new bridge and roadway into treat-
ment plant.

City of Burley Wastewater Treatment Plant 2005
Site work for $17 million wastewater treatment facility. Scope of work included
dewatering 4 acre site, clearing and grubbing, excavation and backfill for entire
site, site development for 12 million gallon concrete-encased treatment facility,
and excavation and pipe work for7500 ‘ of 14” to 48” fusion-type HDPE. Built
all roads on site.

City of McCammon Wastewater Treatment Facili-
ties Improvements 2005
Built secondary lagoon system for City, project included complete structural
dyke with interface piping, control structures and hook up to existing system.

Wastewater Treatment Upgrade, West Yellow-
stone, MT 1997
Wastewater treatment upgrade. Scope of work included construction of a new
aeration building. Installation of new mechanical controls, installation of new
electrical controls, installation of new aeration equipment, and installation of
miscellaneous piping.

Bainville Montana, Workforce Housing 2012-2013
Installed sewer and water system for a workforce man camp. Included modifi-
cation to wall and pump house, also new pavement around the lake.

Norco Building Williston, ND 2012
Installed sewer to main building with 700 lineal foot of piping, installed water to main building With 700 linear feet of piping, also installed storm drainage system to storm retention ponds.

Rexburg 7th South Sewer Extension 2011
The project consisted of 2300 LF of 15” sanitary sewer line ranging from
16’deep to 22’ deep. Along with a 25’ deep lift station with all the necessary
piping and pumps, a 220’ directional bore was completed under the rail road
and highway 191. Once the piping installation was complete Edstrom Construc-
tion rebuilt the roads by placing 3,820 Cubic yards of engineered fill, 1,465 of ¾
road base, and 750 ton of asphalt. This project was completed within 60 days.

Panther Junction Water System 2011
This project consisted of constructing a Water Treatment Building. Installation
of 1500 LF 6” water main, 430 LF 8” water main, 2 booster pumps, a 6” gate
valve and 7 8” gate valves along with an air release valve. There was 370 LF of
PE water service installed, 2 fire hydrants, and 340 LF of 12” PVC water main.

Repair Failing Sewer – Chiricahua National Monu-
ment 2010-2011
Edstrom Construction has completed repairs of a failing sewer system at Chiri-
cahua National Monument outside of Wilcox, AZ. The project includes: demoli-
tion of parts of the existing system, pipe CIPP slip lining existing sewer lines,
working in environmentally sensitive areas, construction of several leach fields,
installation of lift stations and septic tanks, and new sewer line installation.
Contract Amount: $1,479,123
Waterline Repairs Multi-Year IDIQ Contract -
Travis AFB, CA 2009-2010
Edstrom Construction is in the second option year of a contract to repair / re-
place water lines at Travis AFB. The first work order of this IDIQ was to remove
and replace existing waterline from Hangar to Ellis and through the bulk fuels
area. It included water services, hydrants, removal and replacement of con-
crete and asphalt and grass and landscaped areas. It also included base coordi-
nation for work including water shut downs.

Darby Water System, Darby, MT 2009
Construction of 10,500 feet of water main, 1,577 LF of 6” main, 4,640 LF of 8”
main, 1,775 LF of 10” main and 3,180 lf of 12” main. ECI performed the con-
struction of 468 s.f. treatment building along with construction of electrical/
telemetry system to coordinate between three wells, a treatment building and
a water storage tank. Development of two wells and construction of treatment
facilities.

Carlsbad Caverns Sewer Rehabilitation 2007-2008
ECI installed both above and below ground forced and gravity sewer line for
Carlsbad Caverns National Park. Scope of work included rehabilitating lift sta-
tion, installed new macerator, installed 855 lineal feet of 4”- 8” dual contain-
ment schedule 40 sewer pipe, installed 5,658 lineal feet of 8”- 12” dual contain-
ment schedule 40 sewer pipe, and installed 154 galvanized stanchions for
above ground pipe. ECI also bored 12” and 4” holes a minimum of 48” deep
through bedrock for each stanchion and then installed 3,066 lineal feet of 6”-8”
dual containment fiberglass reinforced plastic pipe above ground down an es-
carpment dropping 560 vertical feet with slopes up to 38% grade. Installed 38
6”- 8” dual containment fiber-glass reinforced bends. Installed manholes and
reshaped and graded 2 sewage lagoons with 1.78 million gallon capacity each.
Relined sewage lagoons with 40 mil liner and topped with 6 inches of topsoil.
Due to the fragile nature of the area, all work on the escarpment had to be
done by hand including the hole boring, stanchion setting and pipe placement.

Fairview Water District Water Line 2005-2006
Installed new water system for the district. Scope of work included installing
20,480 lineal feet of 16” HDPE water line, 15,900 lineal feet of 12” HDPE water
line, 10,700 lineal feet of 10” HDPE water line, and 16,600 lineal feet of 8”
HDPE water line. Installed concrete water storage tank, 24 fire hydrants, 156
water services, 156 water meters.

City of Victor Water Tank 2004
Erection of cast in place one million gallon concrete water tank. Multilevel
pump station, full mechanical application with SCADA telemetry, emergency
bypass and gas feed chemical treatment. Also installed 13 miles of 10”, 12”,

PLEASANT VALLEY RV PARK, WILLISTON ND 2012
BIP 40 LLC is developing a 114.72 acre site into an RV park with 6 acre +/- boat,
RV, utility storage area and a 4.5 acre +/- mini storage area. The plan calls for
708 RV sites (sized 30'x70') and five mobile home sites (sized 110'x50'). We are
responsible for all sewer and water utilities for these sites. We will install 495
linear feet of 15" sewer pipe, 17,517 linear feet of 8" sewer pipe, 61 manholes,
and 28,520 linear feet of 4" services. There will be 2,112 linear feet of 10" wa-
ter pipe, 19,075 linear feet of 8" water pipe, 928 linear feet of 6" water pipe,
and 21 fire hydrants. In 2012, we were able to get 350 units completed, and
will finish up in 2013.

Birch Creek 2008
ECI constructed a new subdivision 20 miles east of Idaho Falls. Scope of work
included excavating and backfilling 12 miles of trench for power and communi-

cations, placing 46,000 Cubic yards of structural fill, placing 14,000 Cubic Yards
of ¾ Gravel Road base, and building 8.5 miles of 24’ wide roadway. There was
extensive soft spot repair, along with installing 1,700 lineal feet of 6” waterline
and 390 lineal feet of corrugated metal culvert.

Wind River Estates 2008
Site work for a new residential subdivision in Shelley, Idaho. Scope of work in-
cluded, excavated 18,518 cu. yards of dirt from roadway, placed 4,500 cu.
yards of pit run, placed 1,500 tons of ¾” road base on road-way, and placed
900 tons of asphalt on road. Installed 2,690 lineal feet of curb and gutter, in-
stalled 120 lineal feet of 12” storm drain, installed 830 lineal feet of 18” storm
drain, installed 375 lineal feet of 24” storm drain, installed 170 lineal feet of
36” corrugated metal culvert, and installed 2 - 8 foot X 12 foot French drains.
ECI also installed 5 storm sewer manholes, 850 lineal feet of 8” SDR 35 sewer
line, 13 sewer services, 5 sanitary sewer manholes and 1 pour-in-place man-
hole. Installed 900 lineal feet of C900 water line, 13 water services, and com-
pleted 4 water main line hot taps.

Sugar City Business Park, Sugar City, ID 2008
Civil, site work and utility infrastructure installation for a new business park in
Sugar City, Idaho. Project included installation of water distribution and sewer
and sewer collection systems, conduit for future utilities and construction of
the road network.

Reserve at Badger Creek 2007
Site work for a new residential subdivision in Tetonia, Idaho. Scope of work in-
cluded excavate 18,620 cu. yards of material from roadway, fill 17,350 cu.

yards of material into dug way for roadway and place 3,244 cu. yards of pit run
on roadway, 1,946 cu. yards of ¾” road base on roadway. Install 90 lineal feet
of corrugated metal culvert, 100 lineal feet of 6” fire suppression line, 2 fire
hydrants, and excavate 2,160 cu. yards of material for 2 fire suppression
ponds. Install geotextile fabric and 40 mil liners in fire suppression ponds.

Obsidian Subdivision 2007
New subdivision in Driggs, Idaho. Scope of work included 5,864 cu. yds. of
roadway excavation, 5,864 cu. yds. placed into berms, and 1,200 cu. yds. of
coarse rock placed to stabilize soft roadway, 4,569 cu. yds. of pit run placed in
roadway, 1,276 cu. yds. of ¾” road base placed in roadway, 1,400 tons pf as-
phalt placed on roadway, and 9,444 sq. yds. of geotextile fabric placed in road-
way. 1,120 lineal feet of irrigation canal realignment, 250,000 gallon fire sup-
pression pond excavated and lined with 40 mil liner, 3,000 feet of electrical/
communications trench excavated and backfilled, 1 - 12’ wide, 4’ high, 80’ long
multiplate arched bridge.

IRONWOOD PUD 2006-2007
New subdivision in Driggs, Idaho. Scope of work included, 129,537 cu. yds.
roadway excavation, 16,233 cu. yds. pit run placed in road prism, 8,815 cu. yds.

crushed onsite. 6,910 lineal feet of 6” C900 potable water line, 11,367 lineal
feet of 8” C900 fire suppression line, 21 fire hydrants, 13,128 lineal feet of 8”

Premier Business Park Development 2006
Site work for new business park in Idaho Falls, Idaho. Scope of work included
extensive blasting, rock removal, and extensive use of a hoe hammer in sub
grade prep. Excavated 33,981 cu. yds. of material from roadway, installed
10,195 sq. yds. of geotextile fabric, installed 2523 cu. yds. of ¾” road base, laid
1,423 tons of asphalt, chip sealed 8,649 sq. yds., installed 2,820 lineal feet of
curb and gutter, 1,600 lineal feet of 12” Ductile Iron water main, 1,260 lineal
feet of 8” Ductile Iron water main, 150 lineal feet of 6” Ductile Iron water main,
15 water services, 10 – 6” water services, 8 fire hydrants, 2,474 lineal feet of
SDR 35 sewer line, 15 sewer services, installed 13 – 48” sanitary sewer man-

Arco Water System Improvement Phase II 2013
Civil, architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical and instrumentation work
for the City of Arco. Project consists of installing one new 1000 gpm potable
water well and associated well house with standby power generator.

HENDERSON APARTMENTS 2010-2011
Set up SWWP. Completed all mass excavation of hard rock, 21,560 CY. Utilities
installed include 200 LF of 6” SDR Pipe, 940 LF of 6” water, 900 LF of 8” Water,
including water services and 2 fire hydrants. Installation of 1020 LF of 12”
Storm Drain, and trenching, bedding, and backfill for electrical conduits, 1800
LF. Finish Grade 150,000 SF and place 95,600 SF of ¾ road base. 38,800 SF con-
crete prep for sidewalk and flatwork, along with 2062 LF of curb prep and
backfill and place topsoil in landscape area, 1000 CY. Asphalt paving parking
lot. Contract Amount:: $854,877
Madison High School, Rexburg ID 2008-2010
The project consists of SWPP installations and maintenance, site work, utilities,
concrete, and asphalt for the construction of a new high school in Rexburg, ID.
Earthwork included clearing and grubbing the site, mass excavation, structural
import for the building pads, footing excavation and backfill and finish grading
and prep for site concrete, asphalt, sports facilities and landscape areas. Utili-
ties included gravity and pressure sewer lines, a sewer lift station, extension of
the city water supply and onsite water, storm drainage system and conduits for
power and communication lines.
Contract Amount: $3,895,717
Teton Lakes Golf Course 2008
ECI added an additional 9 holes to the Teton Lakes Golf Course. Scope of work

included all work, shaping, greens and bunker construction, seeding and earth
work which was all performed in-house. Installed 290 Toro 670 irrigation heads
with wire, 7 controllers, 360’ of 14” 905, irrigation pipe, 1,000’ of 12” SDR 21
irrigation pipe, 1,000’ of 10” SDR 21 irrigation pipe, 1,700’ of 8” SDR 21 irriga-
tion pipe, 2,000’ of 6” SDR 21 irrigation pipe, 1,400’ of 4” SDR 21 irrigation
pipe, 860’ of 3” SDR 21 irrigation pipe, 1,500’ of 3” bell end lateral irrigation
pipe, and 20,200’ of 2” bell end lateral irrigation pipe. All valves, drains and air
relief valves for system, 2-200hp and 1-20hp irrigation pumps, including the
Pump House and Wet Well. ECI moved and placed 155,000 cu. yds. of dirt and
shaped entire golf course and built all 9 tees and all greens. Finished and plant-
ed 52 acres of fairways, roughs, tees and greens.

Snake River Crossing 2008
Remove and reestablish forced main under the Snake River. Previous line float-
ed and broke in July 2008 allowing 60,000 gallons of raw sewage to flow into
the Snake River daily. Scope of work included establishing traffic control be-
tween Jackson and Wilson across Snake River Bridge, remove rip rap on levy
per Army Corps of Engineers specifications, removal of temporary jetty, and re-
route the Snake River temporarily. Excavate and place 900 lineal feet of 12”
HDPE, excavate and place 1800 feet of 8” HDPE, excavate through the levy of
the Snake River, and remove and replace clay core on river levy per Army Corps
of Engineers specifications. Replace rip rap on levy per Army Corps of Engineers
specifications, re-connect new forced main and restore lift station operation,
remove 8” temporary forced main across Snake River Bridge and restore boat
ramp and road. All pipe was installed on grade under 14 feet of water with an-
chor blocks attached every 10 feet.

Demolition and reconstruction of spillway, roads and toe drains. Improved and
graded access roads. Applied magnesium chloride for dust abatement. Built

lb. compressive strength concrete. Installed 237,000 lbs. of re-bar in concrete
and seeded 16 acres. All concrete was poured to spec by Edstrom’s mixed on-
site using their portable batch plant.

Big Bend Remodel Administration Building, Big
Bend, TX 2012-2013
Remodeled the administration building for the National Park Service to include;
removing and replacing HVAC, upgrading electrical, drywall repair, remove and
replace ceiling tiles, demo of concrete, partial screen wall, stair nosing, carpet
and walls. We also redid the bathrooms. This project was subcontracted from E
-Corp.

Key Personnel
Delbert and Linda Edstrom
Delbert and Linda Edstrom started Edstrom Construction in April 1975.
Delbert had been working as a Superintendent for Hartwell Excavation.
Kennedy Paving and Hartwell Excavation decided to merge com-
companies and create a new entity. As part of the merger, employees of
Hartwell Excavation were given the option of a buyout on their stocks.
Delbert and Linda decided this was their opportunity to start their own
business and made their first purchase, a backhoe. Through determina-
tion-nation and ambition they have grown Edstrom Construction to the
company it is today; averaging 10 million a year in revenue and employ-
ing some 75 employees.
Linda Edstrom - Owner/President
As President, Linda oversees all financial operations of the company. As
a newly formed company, she was solely responsible for the accounting,
licensing, banking, project correspondence and all other office opera-
tions. Her experience includes 35 years in project analysis, accounting
for the business, expansion planning, and project management. Linda
also recognizes the importance of giving back to the local com-munity.
She serves as a member of the Rexburg Civic Club and also serves active-
ly in her church.
Delbert Edstrom - Owner/Secretary
Delbert Edstrom is part owner and Operations Manager for ECI. He has
been in the construction field for 43 years. His background includes con-
struction for support elements, as well as water, sewer and storm drain
pipelines, excavation and grading. Delbert has extensive knowledge in
dewatering, as well as bypass pumping. He has worked in many multi-
task projects through completion with subcontract interface and mass
vendor participation.

John Edstrom—Operations / Project Man-agement
John has worked for Edstrom Construction since 1989 and served as a
Project Supervisor since 1995. He became the Site Supervisor and
Health and Safety Officer in 2006. John is a skilled operator in all types
of heavy construction equipment. His supervisory role allows him to
work with municipal, state, and federal agencies in completing pro-
projects; ranging from building site work to culinary and sewer pipeline
systems. John has certification in 40-hour OSHA training, 8-hour OSHA
refresher training, Competent Per-son Trenching and Excavation, U.S.
Army Corps of Engineers Quality Construction Management Training
Course, Confined Space Entry, Emergency First Aid/CPR, BLM standards
for Survival and his CDL. He brings technical expertise to out ream in
Pipeline Construction, Wastewater System Construction, Liner Systems,
Project Estimating, Project Scheduling, Project Inter-facing, and Heavy
Equipment Operation.
Brian Edstrom – Project Management/ Busi-ness
Development/ Cost Analysis/ Safety
Brian Edstrom has been raised in the construction industry from his ear-
ly childhood. Since 2004 Brian has been placed in a variety of key man-
agement positions that have given him experience succeeding in both
the field and administrative aspects of the company. Brian also has ex-
tensive experience dealing with both Government and Mu-Municipal
entities, which provides Edstrom Construction with the ability to stream-
line the construction process on a variety of construction scopes. Brian
has been successful on multiple projects as he has focused on cutting
costs while still achieving quality work-workmanship. Specifically as a
project manager, Brian trains and enforces OSHA health and safety reg-
ulations throughout the company. His training includes, Competent Per-
son training, OSHA Compliance, Management skills by Rockhurst, CPR,
and First Aid Certification. Brian also brings to Edstrom Construction the
crucial aspect of developing honest and trustworthy relationships with
clients from the initial stages of the bidding process through to the com-

Bryce Dalton – Estimating / Project Man-agement
Bryce has worked with Edstrom Construction since the spring of 2010.
He started with ECI as an intern for his Bachelor’s Degree in Construc-
tion Management, working as a field engineer on various site work and
pipe projects in the Rexburg, Idaho area. In the spring of 2011 he gradu-
ated from Brigham Young University – Idaho with a Bachelor Degree in
Construction Management with an emphasis in Business Management
and Commercial Construction. In ad-addition to his education, Bryce has
his OSHA 30 hour card, experience in landscape restoration, and cus-
tomer satisfaction. Since his graduation, his role with Edstrom Construc-
tion has developed into estimating small residential projects all the way
up to multi-million dollar federal pro-projects. Bryce is proficient in esti-
mating and scheduling projects thoroughly and accurately. Bryce uses
Bid To Win estimating software, as well as Microsoft Office Project for
scheduling and On-Screen Takeoff software daily to forecast project
costs and production.
Jim Martin—Project Manager
Jim has worked for Edstrom Construction since 2006. He started as an
operator and quickly worked his way up to superintendent and then to
project manager. Jim works with clients on a daily basis helping resolve
their concerns and problems and building exceptional projects. Jim
spent eight years building golf courses exclusively for Arnold Palmer,
having worked on 12 sig-nature courses from California to Florida. He
has 15 years of supervisory, grade and dirt moving experience. He has
recently trained in the use of Edstrom’s new GPS rover, which he now
directs. His certifications include, CPR and First Aid, OSHA Trench Safety
Competent Person Training, Army Corps of Engineers Quality Control,
and Rockhurst Management Skills.
Joe Stanislao—Quality Control

Joe has been in a Quality Control position for the last 13 years, whether
it be his own company or working for others. He started quality control
in the produce industry, inspecting the pro-duce in both the receiving
and prior to loading for delivery areas. He began implementing quality
and control on his own initiative and was later moved into a full time
position by the company. He moved to Clearwater Environmental, Inc.
in 1999 as the Division Controller and was in charge of finances for the
Western Division. He instituted changes that consolidated the company
onto a single IT System and led a team review of the quality control pro-
cedures and instituted the recommended changes. He started with
Edstrom Construction in the second year of the Grassy Lake Project. He
helped make changes that brought the project in on both time and
budget. He currently fills the role of Quality Control Manager on
Edstrom's Federal contracts.
