GSG Globles Scotiabank

Bogota, Colombia

Description:

The project comprises 3 five storey buildings

with a total of 25,000 m2. Two of the

buildings are focused on call center services

that receive calls from all the Americas and

the third building is dedicated to

administrative staff. The project includes

cafeterias, meeting rooms, phone booths,

collaborative areas, locker areas, play rooms,

nursery room, mothers room, training rooms

among others.

Bloomberg LATAM Headquarters

São Paulo, Brazil

Description:

The project comprised 2 floors of fitting out in

a high tech high rise building, including an

integrated furniture installation. The job

entailed a supremely high degree of finishing

with a sophisticated IT installation including a

data center, with a high degree of redundancy.

The fit out achieved LEED platinum standard.

Montego Bay, Jamaica

Description:

Construction of a 21,000 SF two storey bank

Fox Sports Brazil Headquarters

Rio de Janeiro, Brazil

Description:

Based in the Barra da Tijuca district area of

Rio de Janeiro, in a bespoke 4 storey building

with two levels of underground car parking.

The project comprises 4 floors of fitting out

including broadcast studios, and an integrated

furniture installation. The job entails a high

degree of contemporary finishing with a

sophisticated TV, audio and other IT

components. The fit out is targeting LEED

gold standard.

KPMG Fit-Out, SIX, Cricket Square

George Town, Cayman Islands

Description:

nsert 43,000 sq ft rit-out over three and half

floors including reception, meeting rooms,

open office area, special acoustic insulated

offices and meeting spaces, break out areas

and collaboration spaces, cascade stairs with

corporate TV link, dining area and kitchen with

open air balcony.

NAGICO Insurances

Coffee St, San Fernando, Trinidad

Description:

The project comprised the complete

refurbishment of Nagico’s existing San

Fernando office. The project was completed to

a similarly high standard as was achieved at

the Nagico Port of Spain office refurbishment.

Massy Superstore

Gulf View, Trinidad

Description:

The project comprised the fitting out of an

80,000 sq.ft. Massy’s premier superstore in

Trinidad. The fit out works from start on site to

completion was achieved in 12 weeks. BCQS

managed and coordinated the entire process

which involved over 20 sub-contractors

operating a 24/7 site in order to achieve the

extremely aggressive timescales.

Massy Superstore

Trincity, Trinidad

Description:

Construction of marine basin with sea walls,

docks, and surrounded site infrastructure to

service marina facilities. 3,800 fl boat slips,

fuel station, changing rooms, retail/workshop

building and restaurant/bar, 18,000 sq. ft.

retail/workshop building, 7,000 sq. ft.

restaurant/ bar.

Description:

Internal fit out and refurbishment of 19,600

sq.ft. "themed" mixed use commercial

development.

PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC)

Port-of-Spain, Trinidad

Description:

The project is comprised of fitting out 4 floors

on a phase by phase basis. The overall floor

space accounted for is approximately

20,000sq.ft. This project is currently in the

planning stage and is due to commence in

August 2017. The outfitting will include high

end finishes including frameless glazing

partitions, carpeting and various high-end

furniture. In addition to standard offices and

meeting rooms the layout will also incorporate

a number smart meeting rooms seeking to

modernise and optimize PwC methods of

communication and interacting globally.

Regus

Port-of-Spain, Trinidad

Description:

This project comprised of high density modern

style office accommodation on approximately

10,000 sq. ft. internal area with 62 offices, 2

meeting rooms and additional lounge areas for

a more open concept working environment.

Additionally, the offices were outfitted with an

abundance of glazing, high end carpeting and

bespoke furniture items. On completion, the

facility was inspected by Regus and met their

international standards for certification.

CIBC First Caribbean International Bank,

Sun Plaza, Chaguanas, Trinidad

Description:

This project comprised the design and

construction of approximately 5,800 sq. ft. of

internal commercial office space. The project

included the demolition and alterations to the

building envelope, new floors, walls, ceilings

fittings, furnishings and staircases complete

with all proposed finishes. New MEP services

were installed to meet the requirements of the

financial Institution.

Scotiabank IOSS Hub,

Chaguanas, Trinidad

Description:

The project comprised the design and

conversion of an existing warehouse into a 2

storey facility providing a total of 75,000 sq. ft.

of commercial space. The facility is

Scotiabank’s International Operations Shared

Services Hub for the Caribbean Region and

has approximately 500 staff working from this

facility.

BFC Facility Refresh

Bahamas Financial Center,

Nassau, Bahamas

Description:

J.P. Morgan Chase offices are located in the

Bahamas Financial Center, Nassau, Bahamas

accommodating 167 permanent and contract

staff split over 3 floors. The total occupied

office space is approximately 23,682 sq.ft.

with additional basement storage space of

3,565 sq.ft.

Port of Spain, Trinidad

Description:

The project comprised the internal

refurbishment and fitting out of 4 floors within

Scotiabank’s head office in Port of Spain.

BCQS was appointed as Quantity Surveyors

Description:

The project comprised the complete

refurbishment of Nagico’s existing Port of

Spain office. The project was completed to

high standard and was on time and within the

Client’s budget. Throughout the refurbishment

works, the existing office remained fully

operational at all times.

First Citizens

Aranguez, Trinidad

Description:

The project includes the fitting out of 60,000

sq. ft. of office space and associated external

works for First Citizens Bank. The project is

current on site and is due for completion by

the end of October 2018. The contract was

awarded on a design and build basis to

Agostini’s Limited. BCQS acted as the head

consultant employing the Architects and

Engineers.
