Delegates that have been chosen by AMSA-Indonesia, are not allowed to cancel their departure for any reason. (please make sure youre permission, and budget)If he/she had to cancel their departure (with an excuse that unacceptable by Regional Chairperson and Director of AMSEP), then Regional Chairperson AMSA-Indonesia and Director of AMSEP AMSA-Indonesia will discuss the penalty that will be given. the penalty are: -Registration fees must still be paid by the person, or -Delegates university is not allowed to follow the next AMSEP (1 host opportunity or 1 delegates university).
