What is the technological level of the project?Data is created using CAD software. Employees are highly trained and experienced.Data quality assurance uses custom made scripts that fit local working procedures.File based system is used for data storage.There are ongoing efforts for creation of geodatabase.
To which level is your development compliant to or ready for INSPIRE principles and standards?Data standards implement the basic principles of Inspire. Graphical part of the data is fully compliant, except for the storage and data exchange which should be improved.Some specific Inspire requirements about specific identifiers should be implemented.

The objective of this study is to conduct technical assistance for capacity development (CD), concerning legislation, administration system and organizational structure, for soil contamination management related to mining in the Republic of Macedonia through a pilot project (P/P) that includes soil contamination survey, analysis, interpretation, planning for countermeasures and risk assessment for land use.The objective of this implementation is to: 1) to produce GIS database of all the collected information for this project 2) to introduce GIS to C/P as a tool to manage, integrate, visualize, and present data related to soil contamination 3) to utilize GIS database for further soil contamination management

MINERAL DEPOSIT EXPLOITATION AND MINERAL DEPOSIT EXPLOITATION AND GEOLOGICAL INFORMATION SYSTEMSGEOLOGICAL INFORMATION SYSTEMS
Mission to:• scan all paper maps,• convert them into vector data,• create database models for geological, hydro geological and engineeringgeology units,• simplify the process for concession requests,• simplify and standardize the process of creation geological maps.
System is designed with two servers:• one Database server for ArcSDE with Oracle as database for storage of all geological and topographic scanned maps as well as for all the vector data in the database.• one WEB Server for ArcIMS which is responsible for fast, seamless, effective data sharing through Internet and Intranet applications that were developed.

Currently in T-Home system consist of 3 applications:– STELA (System for Telephone Architecture ) covers technicalinventory copper network, access network elements, input of newtechnical data, maintenance of technical data and complete TroubleTicketing process– IDTKS (Integrated Data for TK Systems) is modular solution whichconsists of modules for statistical data, switching systems, cableducts, optical cables , transmission systems, power supplysystems, cooper cables and real estate data– GIS system based on ESRI platform – centralized geodatabase forgeographical presentation of all technical data from abovementioned system

and Objectives:
Usage of GIS technology through internet and intranet by client/server infrastructure which will support faster and easier access to spatial data.
All spatial data to be in one place, data server, with user interfuse according to needs of the Skopje prefecture.
GIS internet/intranet server will supply access to spatial data by very functional internet browser from all computers in network.
Expected results : Improving of work and cooperation between administration sectors of Skopje prefecture.
Developing GIS database based on needs of Skopje prefecture with opportunities for its update and upgrade.
Providing and archiving updated quality spatial data for Skopje area, this will be used from the Administration of Skopje prefecture, its public companies, private sector, governmental and nongovernmental organizations, and Skopje municipalities.
Elimination or decreasing of double collection of spatial data in a frame of Skopje area, by enterprise GIS.
Openness of internet connection of citizens and stake holders to part of spatial data, which are not in violation with the low.
Openness system which will be support exchange of information and cooperation between institutions in local and national level.

STATUS OF MACEDONIAN NSDISTATUS OF MACEDONIAN NSDI-Did not start yet;-Special chapter in new law for Real Estate Cadastre,;-Agency for Real Estate Cadastre is responsible institution;-In Strategic Business Plan of the AREC 2007-2010, it is mentioned creating of NSDI based on INSPIRE directions;-On 27th March 2009, in FON University Skopje, will be organized:
