9th Grade● As of today, 81% of the 9th grade are on
track to be promoted to the 10th grade.○ 26 (19%) Students will need to attend
Summer School, in order to be promoted.
■ 2 ES, 5 LE, 4 ELA, 3 Algebra○ 11 Students will need to attend
Summer School for Physical Education.
● 40 Students must pass T3 in a specific subject, in order to be promoted.
○ 18 of those 40 students have multiple classes to pass, in order to be promoted.
● 21 Students failing 2 or more classes at the T2 Progress Report
○ 5 Students able to increase their grades
● 80% are on track to being promoted● 42 have absolutely ZERO academic concerns● 54% have their promotion in doubt and may be
required to attend summer school (20 math, 19 SS, 28 S, 3 Eng, 14 PE)
● Most of those students still have up to 19 school days to pass T3 and free themselves of Summer School
● 28 are failing only 1 class● 16 Students are failing at least 3 classes!● 9 Students are failing more than 3 classes!

-Overall 30% of the 10th and 9th grade have not completed a writing benchmark so far this year.
-CURRENT: 70% have completed all writing benchmarks.-90% of students must be assessed on 6 pieces of writing during the school year in order to earn 10 points towards HIGHLY EFFECTIVE.

As of today we have a total of 13 Suspensions the offenses are:
- Contributing to an Unsafe Environment - Possession of a Controlled Substance - Physical / Verbal Aggression - Bully / Cyberbullying - Theft without Force/intimidation - Sexual Harassment

○ Mock Regents results from our students○ T1 & T2 Finals results from our students○ Historical Regents exams
● Series of lessons broken down into the six most important standards and skills your child will need to be successful on the Regents exam.
● Targeted group of students based off of the content teacher’s advice. ● Data from this past winter’s Saturday Academy:
○ Students who attended all or nearly all sessions performed at the college ready benchmark of 80 on exams.
