• Purpose: Amplification and modernization of the infra-structure of 30 airports, divided in 5 lots (Jundiaí, São José do Rio Preto, Bauru-Arealva, Ribeirão Preto and Presidente Prudente).

• Model: sponsored concession

• Period: 15 years to explore a regional airport (main) and the operation and maintenance

of marginal airports (in the same region) by a monthly determined value to be paid by

State

• Section Criteria: lowest value of payment which will be paid by State

• Total Investment: US$ 60 million
