Phase 1- ImplementationTransitioning to Chard Snyder
• Chard Snyder will take over all claims processing beginning 1/1/2016 – Including 2015 runout & grace period
• Health Care Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)• Dependent Care FSA• Limited Purpose FSA• Health Savings Account (HSA) including account custodian‐ HSA
Advantage
• WageWorks will stop all claims processing 12/31/2015• Claims and debit card swipes will be settled and balances sent to Chard
Snyder on or before 1/10/2016

1‐ Employees with only a 2016 election, no election for 2015 No black out
2‐ Employees with a 2016 election and funds remaining in their 2015 grace period
Black out for 2015 dollars only, adjustments will be made to correct balances
3‐ Employees with remaining funds in their 2015 grace period but no 2016 election
Black out for claims payment from 1/1/2016‐1/13/2016; claims must be submitted via mail or online
Phase 1- ImplementationBenny® Debit Card
• Automatically get two cards when enrolled & can call to request additional cards
• Replaces MyMRA Card as of midnight 1/1/2016
• Activation via phone (People First ID, last 5 of SSN & DOB mm/dd/yy)
• Debit Card for HSA and Dependent Care FSA (funds are available with contributions)
• Cards are good for 5 years and funds will reload with elections each plan year
• Whoever signs the back owns the card• The debit card can only be used for eligible expenses• Save receipts (IRS requirement)

• Claim substantiation• 93% of claims are auto‐substantiated• Documentation can be provided via mail or online• 90‐day window to complete substantiation
