Introduction This application is used by aspiring candidates for admissions to B.P.Ed course 2019.

Download Score Card Candidates can download their score card by clicking on CET Result→Download Score Card

Enter Registration number / Roll Number and click on Download Score Card button.

Search Colleges Candidates can search colleges by clicking on Search→ Search Institute

Candidate can select options from dropdowns and click on Search button. List of colleges will be displayed accordingly.

New Candidate Registration Before submitting an application for CAP Process, candidate must first register yourself as a candidate. To do this:

1. Click New Registration, for candidate registration.

The Check CET Details page is displayed. Here, Candidate have to confirm if he/she has appeared for MAH-B.P.Ed.

CET 2019. Enter the Registration number and Roll number of CET and click on ‘Check CET Details’, to validate

candidate Name and Marks obtained. Candidate with Zero Score in CET 2019 is not eligible for Centralized

Admission Process of B.P.Ed 2019. Click on Save & Next.

2. If candidate has not appeared for MAH-B.P.Ed CET 2019 and is NRI / PIO / OCI / CIWGC / Foreign National

Candidate, he/she can select options accordingly. Click Save and Next

3. The New Registration page is displayed. Here, enter the registration details, input the captcha text, and click

Register.

Field Description

Title Select title

Candidate Full Name Candidate name will be as per CET application form

Date of Birth Enter the candidate Date of Birth

Email ID Enter the candidate email ID

Mobile Number Enter the candidate mobile number and click on Verify button to receive and enter OTP.

Password Enter the password for login

Confirm Password Re-Enter the password for login

Captcha Input the captcha text as shown

Notes:

▪ The fields that are marked with red asterisk (*) are the mandatory fields to enter.

▪ Password should meet the conditions provided.

▪ The captcha input can be refreshed for the new one.

4. After registration, user login details page is displayed.

Note: Your registration number is the Username that is used to login.

5. Next, click Login to log into the application submission area.

▪ You will also receive an SMS with the login credentials, on the registered mobile number.

Submitting the Application In the home page click Candidate Login.

In the Login page that is displayed, enter the login credentials, input the captcha, and click Login.

Candidate can click on Forgot Password, to recover password.

On the candidate home page that is displayed, Application form status is visible under Dashboard.

6. The application submission has ten-step process.

Step 1: Profile: Enter the candidate details and click Save & Next Button.



Field Description

Title Title appears as per registration details submitted successfully. Candidate can change title if required.

Candidate Full Name Candidate Full Name appears as per registration details submitted successfully. Candidate can change this if required.

Name Candidate Name Changed?

Candidate can select Yes and enter changed name along with reason.

Changed Full Name Enter changed name of candidate

Reason for Change Name Select reason for name change

Candidate Full Name (Marathi)

Enter candidate full name and press space to translate it in Marathi. Candidate can press backspace to select the correct translation from dropdown.

Father/Husband Name Enter Father/Husband name

Mother Name Enter Mother name

Date of Birth Date of birth details

Gender Gender will be auto selected as per Title selected. If Title is ‘Mx’, candidate can select gender.

Nationality From the dropdown values select the nationality. Selection is available only for candidates belonging to NRI/PIO/OCI/CIWGC/Foreign National.

Annual Family Income From the dropdown values select the annual income

Mobile Number Mobile Number appears as per registration details submitted successfully

E-Mail ID E-Mail ID appears as per registration details submitted successfully. Candidate can change E-Mail ID, if required.

7. Step 2: Address Detail: Enter the candidate address and click Save & Next Button.

Pin Code Enter Pin code of address



8. Step 3: Candidature Type: Enter the Candidature Type details and click Save & Next Button.

Candidature Type From the radio button, select the candidature type

Candidature Type -A Candidature Type : Maharashtra - Type A (i) Candidate passing Qualifying Examination from a Recognized Institution in Maharashtra State. AND (ii) Candidate who is Domicile of Maharashtra and possesses Domicile Certificate or Born in Maharashtra and possesses Birth Certificate mentioning place in Maharashtra.

Candidature Type -B Candidature Type : Maharashtra - Type B (i) Candidate passing Qualifying Examination from a Recognized Institution in Maharashtra State. AND (ii) A Candidate whose Father or Mother is domiciled in the State of Maharashtra and possesses Domicile Certificate

Candidature Type - C Candidature Type : Maharashtra - Type C (i) Candidate passing Qualifying Examination from a Recognized Institution in Maharashtra State. AND (ii) A Candidate whose Father or Mother is an employee of the Government of India Undertaking who is posted and reported to duty in Maharashtra State before the last date for submitting the Application Form for Centralized Admission Process

Candidature Type - D Candidature Type : Maharashtra - Type D (i) Candidate passing Qualifying Examination from a Recognized Institution in Maharashtra State. AND (ii) A Candidate whose Father or Mother is an employee of the Government of Maharashtra or Government of Maharashtra Undertaking.

Candidature Type - E Candidature Type : Maharashtra - Type E Candidate passing Qualifying Examination from a Recognized Institution located in a disputed Maharashtra-Karnataka Border Area and Mother Tongue is Marathi.

Candidature Type - OMS

Candidature Type : OMS The Candidates having Indian Nationality and having completed Qualifying Examination or Equivalent Examination from Outside Maharashtra State.

Candidature Type - J & K Migrant

Candidature Type : J & K Migrant



(i) The children of citizens, who are displaced from Jammu and Kashmir to any part of India or from unsafe border area of Jammu and Kashmir to a relatively safer place in Jammu and Kashmir from 1990 onwards due to terrorist activities. OR (ii) The children of officers belonging to Indian Administrative Services (IAS) or Indian Police Services (IPS) or Indian Foreign Services (IFS) and children of staff belonging to Military and Paramilitary Forces transferred to Jammu and Kashmir to combat terrorist activities and joined the post on or before the last date for submission of application for admission. OR (iii) The children of Staff and Officers of Jammu and Kashmir police engaged in combating terrorism; are eligible under this category.

Other Candidates Options under this type are available only for NRI / PIO / OCI / CIWGC / Foreign National Candidates

Qualifying Exam University

If candidature Type is Type B, C or D select district value from the dropdown for Qualifying Exam University

10. Step 4: Category & Minority: Enter the Category & Minority and click Save & Next Button.

Field Description

Category Details Select category from the dropdown values. Note: For Reserved Category, Additional information will be captured

Caste Select/Enter Caste name

Caste Certificate Select either Yes or No based on selected caste certificate availability

Caste Validity Certificate Select either Yes or No based on selected caste validity certificate availability

Applied for Caster Validity Certificate

If candidate has selected ‘No’ for Do You have Caste Validity Certificate?, candidate need to select if he/she has applied for Caste Validity Certificate

Application Receipt Number

If candidate has applied for Caste Validity certificate, then candidate needs to enter application receipt number for the same.

Application Receipt Date If candidate has applied for Caste Validity certificate, then candidate needs to enter application receipt date for the same.

District Applied If candidate has applied for Caste Validity certificate, then candidate needs to select the district applied at for the same.

Minority Category Select Yes/No appropriately. Note: If Yes then enter the Linguistic Minority and Religious Minority from the dropdown values.

Note: -

▪ If relevant documents related to category are not available with candidate, he/she will be considered in Open category only.

▪ For NRI / PIO / OCI / CIWGC / Foreign National Candidates, category can only be Open

▪ For NRI / PIO / OCI / CIWGC / Foreign National Candidates, Minority Category will always be No.



11. Step 5: Social Reservation: Enter the Category & Minority and click Save & Next button.

Field Description

Defence Select Yes/No appropriately. Note: If YES selected then enter the Defence Type from the dropdown values.

Orphan Select Yes/No appropriately.

Sports - Have You Participated in Sports and Games Recognized by the AIU / IOA / SGFI / Government of India ? *

Select Yes/No appropriately. Note: If YES selected then select values from Sports Participation Level, Sports Participation Year, Rank Obtained, Recognized By and Name of Sports

Have you studied Physical Education as compulsory/ elective subject?

Select Yes/No appropriately.

Do you have 3 years of teaching experience? *(for deputed in-service candidates i.e. trained physical education teachers/ coaches)

Select Yes/No appropriately.

Note: -

▪ For NRI / PIO / OCI / CIWGC / Foreign National Candidates, Defense and Orphan will always be No.



12. Step 6: Qualification Details: Enter the Qualification Details and click Save & Next Button.

• Add Graduation Qualification

Program Level This will be auto selected as Under Graduate / Post Graduate

Board State Select Board State from the dropdown values.

Board Name Select Board Name from the dropdown values.

Seat No Enter correct seat number as per SSC/HSC Certificate

Stream Select Stream from the dropdown values.

Marks Obtained Enter Marks Obtained as per SSC/HSC Certificate

Out of Marks Enter Out of Marks as per SSC/HSC Certificate

Grade Select Grade from the dropdown values.

Class Select Class from the dropdown values.

Password Month – Year Select Password Month – Year from the dropdown values.

Specialization / Subjects Candidate can tick specialization subjects



13. Step 7: Photo & Sign Upload: Enter the Photo & Sign upload and click Save & Next button.

Field Description

Upload Photograph Click on browse to select candidate photo as per specifications described on the screen. Click on Upload Photo to upload it

Upload Signature Click on browse to select candidate signature as per specifications described on the screen. Click on Upload Sign to upload it

14. Step 8: Required Documents. Upload the requisite document and click Save & Next button

View Click on view icon to view uploaded document

Delete Click on delete icon to delete uploaded document

Note: -

▪ Additional documents will need to be uploaded for NRI / PIO / OCI / CIWGC / Foreign National Candidates.



15. Step 9: Pay Application Fees. Fees will be applicable if there is any change in category of candidate or if candidate

belongs to NRI / PIO / OCI / CIWGC / Foreign National.

Candidate can pay fees if all data is correctly filled in previous pages.

Click on Proceed button to proceed for making payment.

Verify the transaction details and Click on Proceed button to proceed for making payment.



Choose appropriate option for making payments and click on Make Payment button.

On successful payment of fees, appropriate message will be displayed.

Candidate can click on Go To Transaction History to view all transactions and their status



16. Step 10: Confirm Application Form. Verify the data filled and Confirm the Application Form. Candidate will be asked

to enter OTP received on his/her registered mobile number before confirming application form.

17. Step 11: Print Confirmed Application Form. Candidate can keep the application print for future reference.

Candidate can click on Print Application Form to take print of application form.





Option Form After candidate has submitted Application form, they can start filling option forms.

18. The application submission is three-step process.

Step 1: Shortlist Options

Candidate can select options from dropdowns and click on Search College. Based on candidate’s qualification

stream list of colleges will be displayed.

Candidate can shortlist colleges based by ticking it and clicking on Add Selected Options button.

After colleges are shortlisted, candidate can Click Save & Next Button.

Step 2: Set Preferences

Candidate can set college preferences from short listed options, by ticking on Set Preferences box. The preference

number is indicated on Preference Number column. Candidate can reset preferences by clicking on Reset

Preferences. After college preferences are set, candidate can Click Save & Next Button.



Step 3: Lock Option Form

Candidate can review the preferences set for shortlisted candidates. If any changes are required, candidate can click on

relevant page to make any changes.

Candidate can click on Save & Next button to submit the final option form. Candidate will be asked to enter OTP

received on candidates registered mobile number. Once option form is submitted, it cannot be amended further.



Print Option Form

Candidate can keep the option form print for future reference. Candidate can click on Print Option Form to take print of

option form

Unlock Option Form

Candidate can click on unlock option form, to make amendments to option form.



To unlock option form, candidate will have to enter OTP received on their registered mobile number and click on Verify

button.



Download CET Application Form Candidate should click on Download CET Application Form on left menu to download CET application form. Candidate

need to pay fee for downloading the application form. Click on Proceed button.



Choose appropriate option for making payments and click on Make Payment button.

On successful payment of fees, CET Application form will be downloaded on the system.

Candidate can click on Go To Transaction History to view all transactions and their status



Payment History Candidate can view list of transaction done on this page



Change Password Candidate can change their password by entering password in New Password and Confirm Password box and click on

Change Password button.

Candidate will have to enter OTP received on their registered mobile number and click on Verify button.

Message will be displayed, once candidate’s password is successfully changed.



Change Mobile No Enter new mobile number and click on Change Mobile Number button.

Candidate will have to enter OTP received on their registered mobile number and click on Verify button.

Message will be displayed, once candidate’s mobile number is successfully changed.



Log Out Candidate can click on log out button and confirm affirmatively to exit from application.

Forgot Password Candidate can enter required details and click in Submit button to proceed with Forgot password

Field Description

Application ID Enter candidate’s application ID

Mobile Number Enter candidate’s registered mobile number

Date of Birth (DD/MM/YYYY) Enter the candidate Date of Birth



Candidate should enter new password and click on Change Password button.

Field Description

Candidate Name Candidate Name will be displayed

New Password Enter the new password for login

Confirm Password Re-Enter the new password for login

To change password, candidate will have to enter OTP received on their registered mobile number and click on Verify

button.



Once password is changed successfully, message will be displayed.
