A. Booking

(i) The overall control of the State Circuit House Gangtok is vested with the Home

Department (Protocol Section), Govt. of Sikkim.

(ii) All booking of rooms are done by the Home Department, Protocol Section. On receipt

of the application the rooms are booked and is issued two days prior to the booking of

rooms.

(iii) The rooms are not allotted for more than 7 (seven) days of continuous occupation and

any further extension requires confirmation from the department.

(iv) The room charge is paid at the counter of the State Circuit House.
