niall murphy Niall has over 25 years experience in national and international customer focused business before making the decision to change careers in 2008 and follow his passion for food. He commenced his training with Fáilte Ireland on their Culinary Skills Programme, awarded FETAC Award Culinary Skills – NFQ Level 4. He then moved to Leuven in Belgium to continue his training before returning to Ireland to complete his studies. He completed the Total Immersion Chef Programme at ITT Tallaght, FETAC Major Award Advanced Certificate – NFQ Level 6. Niall’s two great passions are food and travel which he combines with his commercial experience to bring new and exciting classes to the Cookery School.

Fiona murphyBusiness Coach Fiona has over 20 years experience in a variety of senior positions for large multinational companies. In 2002, she set up her own consulting and training business Dragonfly. She holds a first-class Masters in Business Studies in Strategic and International Marketing and a Post Graduate Diploma in Executive Coaching with a Masters in Counselling and a BSc in Chemistry. An area of particular interest and expertise for Fiona is supporting new business start ups. She continues to assist people to plan and set up their own business through training courses and mentoring.
