Call Center performance
SCB make many things free for customer if they collect through call center. But many problems associated with call center performance. The main problem which is the basic criteria of the call center is availability of phone line.
The phone line is very much poor, sometimes branch employee cannot connect the phone line when branch people suggest them about then they directly ask can you please connect the no. and branch guys fail to connect. But over all whenever customers make complain or want something from call center they will get that very soon. That’s why customers are annoyed with availability of phone line not with services.

Reporting Rules and Security
Exposure Limit
• daily limit for originated credit Entries will be the lesser of the Originator’s current balance.
Settlement
• The Originator will provide immediately available funds to offset any credit entries originated by it.
• The Originator will receive immediately available funds for any electronic debit entries initiated by it not later than the settlement date of the items
Security Procedure:
All originated files in excess of the following threshold will require a telephoneverification by Bank with an Originator Authorized Representative before the files
willbe released: Consumer BDT 5 lakh
SME BDT 50 lakh
Corporate BDT 1 crore
The authorized representative can delegate the authorization to any person of the company by providing his/their details in writing. Bank will call back the person authorized and will cross match the total amount and total number of transactions send through a particular batch.
Charges against the service provided
Account statement charge
• for holding statements is BDT 1150 per annum per account
• for Additional/ Duplicate statement (Per cycle) is BDT 500 per statement
• Photocopy of statements is Taka 1000.
ATM card charge
• annual fees are Taka 690 per card
• in case of damaged or lost card is Taka 600 per card.
• phone banking and internet banking and evening banking is absolutely free.
Cash and travelers cheque foreign
currency• For issuance of FCY
cash, customers need to pay 1% of the transaction plus Taka 200/= per passport.
• for issuance of Travelers cheque 1% of the transaction plus Taka 200/=.
• The charge for encashment is absolutely free in case of travelers cheque
maintaining Student file
• For customers, opening student file for SAARC countries, BDT 3500 per student, per annum plus Taka 500 per remittance
• for other countries is Taka 5000 per student file plus Taka 500 per remittance.
Conclusion
Transfers of money, export and import businesses, selling and purchasing - all are possible within a very short time without any moving through e-banking. Though there are some obstacles in the way of E-Banking, such as hackers, it is very popular all over the world wherever technological development has got maturity. In our country, all private commercial banks including our Central Bank or Bangladesh Bank and all nationalized banks are in the way of E-Banking today.
