What to Eat For Breakfast?• Good breakfasts to start your day
are: eggs, cold cereal and milk, oat meal, whole grain toast or bagel, and yogurt with fruits or nuts.
• An unhealthy breakfast can even store you with enough energy for the morning, but a healthy breakfast keep you going for even longer

Why is it Important That You Don’t
Skip Breakfast?
• Breakfast is the most important meal of the day
• Skipping breakfast does not maintain a healthy
weight• You tend to eat more calories during the day when
you don’t eat breakfast
• It keeps you ready for any obstacles at the beginning
of the day
• You have a harder time learning , because you don’t
get enough nutrients
• Breakfast on the way is also better than skipping
breakfast because it at least provides you with

What Nutrients Does Cereal Have?
• Vitamins: makes your body stronger
and repair and rebuild your bones
• Protein: it builds and maintain cells
and bones
• Minerals: aid enzymes and they are
