Vision• Established in 2004 by a group of highly committed
EL advocates to bring greater understanding and consciousness to educators regarding the current issues surrounding the education of English learners.
• It is designed as a research brief that can be used in small groups, faculty meetings, D/ELAC meetings to openly discuss English learner issues, resources, and the latest research in a teacher-friendly format.
