EduTrust Standards of Excellence

The EduTrust signatures come in three standards of excellence - EduTrust Star, Singapore; EduTrust Singapore & EduTrust Provisional, Singapore.

The EduTrust Star, Singapore is given to private education organisations for attaining a commendable level of performance in managing their institutions. This mark is a symbol of recognition for outstanding achievement.

The EduTrust Singapore is given to private education organisations for sustaining their excellence journey of striving to maintain the best education standards for welfare of students and attained greater heights of excellence.

The EduTrust Provisional, Singapore identity is given to private education organisations that have attained a minimum level of performance in their education standard.

The EduTrust Singapore identity comes in 3 different variations- a logotype with “Star”, a logotype & a logotype with “Provisional”. Every individual mark can only be used when authorised. They also come in 3 different colour variations on situations that deem fit.

When the respective signature is chosen, the choice of typeface sizes have to be followed carefully according to these specifications.

EduTrust Singapore marks

When the red circle is x cm in length/width, the text block should also be x cm from the edge of the circle to the end of the ‘trust’. The ‘E’ of Singapore should align with the 2nd ‘t’ in trust.

Note for Process colour codes:For best colour reproduction in print publications, the use of Pantone colours is strongly recommended. When process colours are used, colour accuracy should be matched against the specified Pantone colour codes and adjusted if necessary. Print supervision to match the colours to the Pantone swatch is essential.

The recommended typeface family to complement EduTrust Singapore marks is Century Gothic. It is a simple, clean, and rounded sans serif type that is highly legible. This font is suitable for many applications such as in reading text and other display works. Italic and regular can be used for headlines, subheads, and body text. Bold Italic and bold should only be used for headlines and subheads.

Helvetica Neue may be substituted if Century Gothic typeface is unavailable. Light and regular can be used for headlines, subheads, and body text. Bold italic and bold should only be used for headlines and subheads.

Signature Clear SpaceTo protect the mark’s integrity and legibility as a guide, there must be clear space of at least 20% (of the total width of the mark) between the mark and other elements (words/pictures) in the publication. For instance, if the mark is produced on a photograph, the mark must be placed in on an area of photograph that will not interfere with or distract from itself. In additional, the certi�cate number and validity of the EduTrust status have to be clearly displayed below the mark when used on any marketing collaterals.

To ensure maximum clarity, distinction and integrity, the width of the EduTrust mark in print (brochures, posters) or on website should be at least 20mm for all three variations with the exception on the namecard with the width of 15mm.
